Cat (A) -Items to be supply and fixing

Dismantling/Removing existing damaged/cracked A. C. sheets/ridge (Corrugated etc.) of any size & shape from roof covering /wall cladding up to 30 feet height, removing the rubbish off from site & deposited where directed, using all necessary arrangements such as ladders, safety belts, helmet & necessary safety appliances etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, cement board etc. ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, GI Grids, GI suspender etc., removing the serviceable materials to CE Section & rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down damaged doors with choukats and shutters exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm, depositing the dismantled materials to CE Section including removing of hold fasts, nails from walls, repair damaged wall portion with concrete & plaster etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel roofing 0.50 mm thick for roofing, side wall cladding & designer ridge, of an approved colour pattern having tensile strength 550 MPa (Make- Ispat Industries Ltd. /SAIL/TATA/Century wells roofing Ind. Ltd./ Jindal or approved equivalent only acceptable) and fixing over roof up to 10.0 mtr height/wall with using self drilling and tapping hexagonal head screws & bituminous felt & Neoprene / EPDM washer using all necessary arrangements such as ladders, safety belts, helmet & necessary safety appliances etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying only plain black mild steel sheeting 3.15 mm thick size of supply sheets as per existing valley gutters size (Before coating the rate, site is to be visit first), including unloading at site, getting in, hoisting up to 8.0 mtr. height etc. complete, all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication & Fixing of new valley gutters at height up to 10.0 mtr. on roof. The shape of new valley gutters is to be made as per existing gutters shape by bending 3.15 mm thick M. S. Sheet (supplied) in sheet bending machine with necessary welding, drilling, machining, bolting or riveting & hoisting in position etc. With making necessary union sockets & all accessories such as Drop ends (R.H. & L.H.), Stop ends, Union clips & Nozzle angles ( fixed at around 10.0 m c/c or site condition). with all sheets joints are soldered. Joints in the gutter shall be made watertight. The gutter shall be true to line & slope including taking down damaged valley gutters using cutting, arc welding etc. & depositing the same at CE section etc. complete, all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Rolled sections (Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A) as in framing for cladding, glazing, valley gutter, fixing and the like fixed with angel cleats and connecting M. S. flats, etc. complete, all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Non - asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick fixed in ceiling flat or sloping / inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F PVC (SWR) soil, waste & vent pipes of bore dia. 110 mm, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, pipes to be fitted to PVC fittings with solvent cement with using PVC Clamps for clamping pipe on walls ( 03 nos. of Clamps for each 10 feet pipe length), including all necessary accessories required & fixed etc. Make- Finolex, Plasto, Prince, Bajaj, Jain or approved equivalent only acceptable etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F PVC (SWR) Bends (any radius) with access door diminishing pieces or tapers to fixed on soil, waste & vent pipes, of bore dia. 110 mm, with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, including all necessary accessories required & fixed, Make- Finolex, Plasto, Prince, Bajaj, Jain or approved equivalent only acceptable etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar exceeding Half brick but not exceeding one brick for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete 1:2:4, Type-B1, curing etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 1st class hard wood (Teak) plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including M. S. hold fasts to be fixed with frame and grouted in the brick walls. Making good dismantled frame portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 1st class hard wood (Teak) plain, framed, paneled shutters 40 mm thick ( as per approved design), with panels of timber are raised and have beveled or chamfered margins fitted to chowkats. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, Clause 8.24 (a) etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F 1st class hard wood (Teak) Glazed and skelton shutters 35 mm thick, divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing and sash bars moulded. Fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, Clause 8.24 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkats open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, including all accessories required to fix etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Sheet glass 3 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Beads, staff beads, flutes, reeds exceeding 3 mm but not exceeding 75 mm girth on softwood etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Door accessories for one door, Two Aluminium Aldrops of length 375 mm, bolt type, with hasp & staple and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts, Six aluminium handles, cast type, anodised of size 150 mm, Four Aluminium Tower bolts 150 mm length, Ten Butt hinges 100 mm, medium weight to door shutters, Two No. I Hook and eyes of G.I. 10 to 12 mm, fixed over frames with necessary screws & welding including all accessories required to fix etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for fixing designer glazed ceramic tiles ( of size not less than 250 x 350 x 7 to 8 mm thick) on walls, 1st quality & colour as per site requirement & Tiles are as per IS specification Make - SOMANI / KAJARIA / JOHNSON /ASIAN or approved equivalent only, set & jointed in neat cement slurry, filling of joints with white or coloured pigments to match, curing etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Rendering plaster 15 mm thick on fair face of concrete / Brick surfaces in C.M. 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, using necessary scaffolding, curing etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Synthetic enamel painting on wood work / joinery / false ceiling of new work - 2 coats with one coat of primer, including all preparatory works such as cleaning, stooping holes, removing loose scales, Make - Asian / Berger / Nerolac / J&N / ICI or approve equivalent paints of 1st quality paints only acceptable, etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Sy. Enamel painting on iron work - 02 coats over one coat of red oxide on new surface including preparatory works, Make- Asian / Berger / Nerolac or approved equivalent paints of 1st quality shall only be used in the work including scaffolding etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Cement painting on walls of new surfaces - 2 coats over one coat of primer, make- Snowcem/Asian/Beger/Shalimar or approved equivalent paints of 1st quality only acceptable including all preparatory works such as sand papering, necessary scaffolding, curing wall surfaces etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Sy. Enamel painting on iron work-02 coats over old surface, including preparatory works, Make- Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac or approved equivalent paints of 1st quality shall only be used in the work including scaffolding etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
