Design,manufacture,supply, foundation ,installation , testing , commissioning and proving of Roller Bearing Cleaning Plant

The Bidder must have a satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU.

1. The bidder shall provide satisfactory evidence, acceptable to the purchaser , to show that he is a regular manufacturer andhas adequate plant and manufacturing capacity . The manufacturer shall have valid ISO 9001 certificate on the date of closing oftender and a copy of same should be submitted along with the bid. Roller Bearing Cleaning Plant shall be in the scope of ISOcertificate. 2. The bidder/manufacturer must have supplied and commissioned successfully at least 03 same/similar machines during last 05 years against contracts concluded by COFMOW/any Zonal Rly or PSU or any Government Departments or Public sector undertakings or any public listed company /listed on NSE/BSE for at least 5 years prior to the closing date of tender,having average annual turnover of Rs.500 Cr or above during last three financial years excluding current financial year. Firmmust upload documentary evidence regarding the past successful supply performance like copies of Purchase Order/ReceiptNote/Inspection Certificate, Installation and commissioning report, PTC etc. along with the offer. Technical specifications of themachine supplied against the PO may be attached to certify the similarity aspect of the machine supplied. **Similar machine would mean Roller Bearing Cleaning Plant supplied for Railway application. 3. Performance Certificate:- Bidder must submit performance certificate of at least 02 machine that must have worked satisfactorily for at- least one year from the date of commissioning. The performance certificate submitted by the tenderer should have been issued within one 1 year from thetender closing date jointly signed by the actual end user of the machine

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree &confirm to abide by the Instructions to tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

The bidder should agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS conditions of Contract and [or] Special Conditions and [or]other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

Tenderer's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the tender document Corrigendum if any.

Makers name and/or Brand must be mentioned in the offer. If no make is mentioned, it will be presumed that stores will be of Own make.

Have you gone through the Clause No 6.0 for deposit of Earnest Money as indicated in Instructions to Tenderers and 13.0 for Security Deposit (SD) as indicated in General Conditions of Tender in ECoR Tender conditions uploaded in IREPS website as well as attached with this tender.

FOR Destination door delivery basis. No other FOR condition will be applicable.

Warranty Period: 30 month(s) from the date of Supply.

Tenderers/Bidder should go through the 'Revised Tender Document dated. 23.12.2020' available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer especially the clauses 4.0, 5.0 of the instructions to the Tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per latest guidelines. Non compliance of EMD and SD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firms who are not exempted as specified in the above clauses.
