Development of Internal Infrastructure for Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC), Aligarh Node, Phase - II with Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Concurrent Period of Five (05) Years on EPC Mode Note: The Cost for Operation & Maintenance for the period of 5 Years will be 2.5% (two-point five percent) of the Total Contract Value and shall be paid to the EPC contractor on Quarterly Basis as per the Payment Percentage for each year of O&M as specified in the Article -14 of Draft Contract Agreement.
