Providing and laying Cement Concrete work with 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto floor two level including formwork,laying, compacting, curing complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. complete . but excluding the reinforcement.for coping & plinth Band including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete .

18 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on rough side of outer wall finished rough with sponge as directed and cost of supply of all materials.labours,tools & plants and all other charges etc.complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
