Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital pattern roof covering all as specified and directed.

S&F of 0.63mm galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. best quality locally available complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) ,best quality locally availablle complete,all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specified and directed.

S&F for roof trusses (framed) steel,Fe 290 grade 165 trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoin, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L Brickwork with subclass 'B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Brickwork with subclass 'B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall and even using of liquid water proofing compound Dr Fixit LW+@ 200 ml/50kg of cement as on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the smooth without using of extra cement and all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in on ceiling concrete surface using mortar 1:3 mixed with Dr Fixit LW + @ 200ml/50Kg of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs to figured glass, pinhead type in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m each panel 4mm thickness all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with pinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty specified area for smooth finishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on new plaster surface of wall all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S & F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutters, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' chanel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either sides & as gap insert for top & bottom rails. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement. Supply and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.
