Material and labour for fabricating rear seat base of size 200cmx60cm-02 Nos. Replacing foam of size 2 iches thick wth good quality of rexin cover including good quality cotton cloth stitched as per size with adjusting string complete as directed

Dismantling and tking out of the ECM (Electronic Circuit Mechanism box) segregating for unserviceable parts and repair by replacement of electronic, diodes, transistors, electronic relay - 02 Nos etc and testing the same after complete works

Material and labour for repair of doors by replacement of front door lock-02 Nos and rear door lock -02 Nos.

Dismantling of broken leaf spring, U clamp and repair the same by replacement of main leaf spring, U clamp, nuts & bolts and washers

Material and labour for fabricating back rest of driver seat base of size 40 cm x 50 cm and co-driver seat of size 90 cm x 50 cm replacing form of size 2 inches thick with good quality of rexin cover including good quality cotton cloth stitched as per size with adjuting string complete as directed

Dismantling /opening and taking out of old tarpaulin cover veh and replacing with heavy duty water proof tarpaulin cloth black colour of size 4.3 x 4 mtr over main body, 2 mtr x 1 mtr of front screen with one window of size of 80 cm x 30 cm having flag over window portion and 2 mtr x 2 mtr at back screen with one window of size 80 cm x 30 cm having flap over window with velvet in required length. The side portion of tarpaulin will have 4 window of size 45cm x 30 cm two each in each side indluding flap over the window portion, tightening the complete set of tarpaulin as per Eicher body with 12 mm dia nylon rope of required length in all around the complete vehicle.

Dismantling the shock absorber and taking out shock absorber bush from left and right side of the wheel and repair the same by replacement of absorber bush - 02 Nos, brush-04 Nos and testing complete after completion of work.

Opening of lub oil filters, fuel filters, by pass filter and supply & fixing main lub oil filter with body (complete kit of main lub oil fiter-01No), fuel filter set - 01 No and by pass filter set - 01 No.

Dismantling / taking down of FIP and send to civil work shop for calibration of FIP by adjustment of nozzle timing etc and replacing the nozzles-06 Nos & delivery valve-06 Nos bearing -02 Nos element-04 Nos component kit-01 No

Dismantling /opening and taking down of old rusted seat frame and material and labour for making New frame of seat in rear side of vehicle made out of angle iron size of 40cm x 40cm x 05mm of length 2 mtr and with 0.45 mtr -04 Nos for rest seat including 45 cm ong GI pipe 25 mm dia light grade 2 Nos for each seat including folding arrangement and back side seat 40 Nos of same size and shape drectly fixed with body with nuts, bolts and washers including welding work including coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enameled blue paint and all 08 Nos seats are fabricating with same length of form 50mm thickness, covered with good quality of rexin cover fixed on same length of wooden planks of second class hard wood of 25 mm thickness with screws complete all as directed.
