O and M work-Touch Clearing work of 220kV Edamon-Pothencode 1 and 2 feeders

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting and removing branches of trees standing outside the clearence belt, but hanging towards the line, and clearing thick vegitations and bushes beneeth the line and clearing tower foot etc. of 220 kV excluding paddy field etc. as per the directions of department staff.

Felling trees of the girth (Measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots completely and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials. (Beyond 30 cm and upto 60 cm girth )

Felling trees of the girth (Measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots completely and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials. (Beyond 60 cm and upto 120 cm girth )

As per Circular no.FA/Tax Cell/GST- Tendering/2020-21 Dated24.02.2021, the following conditions shall be noted. 1. The contractor should quote only the amount excluding GST and TCS. 2.The contractor should not quote the GSTrate, GST amount and TCS. 3.It is mandatory to specify the registration status and quote the registration number along with the copy of GST registration and the same shall be uploaded.
