Required4(b) GEL non-associated Bidder: Work Order/Contract as per criteria

Required4(c) GEL non-associated Bidder: Completion/Execution Certificate against the submitted Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract, reflecting (at minimum) the PO/WO/Contract number, duration, and quantity.

Required5(a) Documentary evidence establishing minimum five (5) years experience - Work Completion Certificate / Completion Certificate

Required5(b) For demonstrating the minimum one completed work valued at ₹0.50 Crores Work/Purchase Order/Contract/Agreement along with the Completion Certificate

Required6 Professional Team:- Staff list signed by the Authorized Signatory

Required7(a) All Bidders: CA certificate with UDIN stating turnover from audited balance sheets for any one of the preceding three financial years (FY 23-24, FY 24-25, or FY 25-26).

Required7(b) All Bidders: CA certificate with UDIN stating working capital from the audited balance sheet (FY 24-25, or the preceding available FY if FY 25-26 is unaudited).

Required7 (c) All Bidders: CA certificate with UDIN stating net worth from the audited balance sheet (FY 24-25, or the preceding available FY if FY 25-26 is unaudited).

Required7(d) All Bidders: Where audit is not applicable under the Income Tax Rules — full income tax return with CA certification (UDIN) including profit offered for tax and confirmation that the vendor is not subject to Tax Audit and that reported turnover matches the books of account.
