Dewatering Pump: Supply, testing and commissioning of dewatering unit with suction and delivery 75mm dia each, having prime mover as Petrol engine of capacity 5Hp. The dewatering unit shall be provided and fitted with canvas 75mm dia, 100m pipe along with clamps and joints. Make: Honda

Fabrication, providing and fitting of (9x7)foot size MS gate to the pump house of Hartar-Tarzoo LIS; fabricated out of ISA 75x75x5 as main frame to be fitted with the wall by means of cleats/grouting bolts, small door frame from ISA 40x40x5 and meshing of the gate from 3.2mm thick,30x30 square tubes. The Job includes p/f of 5mm MS Sheet at top and bottom of gate, of appropriate size, reinforced by MS Strips by means of cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes. The job includes providing and fitting of hinges and other locking arrangements with locks. The job includes arrangement of all tools and tackles for completion of job. The other details of the material used are: i. Frame[ 9’x7’]=ISA 75x75x5 ii. MS Cleats/grouting bolts----as per requirement iii. Door frame/Door[6’x3’]=ISA 40x40x5 iv. Square tubes =3.2mm thick,30x30mm spaced 4” apart approximately or whichever is appropriate. v. MS 3mm Thick sheet --- As per requirement vi. MS Strip ---- as per requirement vii. Job includes all civil works where ever necessary viii. Locking arrangements, Locks, Handles, Lashes etc as per requirement The job further includes coating of the whole gate with metal oxide two coats and followed by two coats of reputed make black paint. The job shall include coating of bay steel structure [5’x35’] approx. with metal oxide followed by two coats of reputed black paint.
