PART-A - Self Dynamic Hydro Control Valve & Accessories Design, Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of Electrically opearted of 200 mm dia Self Dynamic Hydro control valve along with all accessories like Electrical Actuated ball valve for Vaccume Pump, Dirt Box, Expansions Bellows for pump control purpose as per BOQ at Annexure-A. Valve Make: Raphael/BAYARD/Schmieding/Rotex/Honeywell

Design, Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of Electrically opearted 150mm dia Self Dynamic Hydro control valve along with all accessories like Expansions Bellows , Matching MS flanges for ON/OFF control purpose of branch valves as per Annexure-A Valve Make: Raphael/BAYARD/Schmieding/Rotex/Honeywell

Design, Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of Electrically opearted 80 mm dia Self Dynamic Hydro control valve along with all accessories like, Expansions, Bellows, Matching MS flanges for ON/OFF control purpose of branch valves as per Annexure-A Valve Make: Raphael/BAYARD/Schmieding/Rotex/Honeywell

PART-B- Instrumentation Design, Supply, Installation and testing of Instrumantation at each pump house location & for sprinkler managemment i.e 1) Pressure transmitters 2) Flow meters 3) Ultra sonic Level Sensors as per Annexure-B MAKE : Siemens/ABB/Honeywell

PART-C- PLC, SCADA & RTU Design, Supply, installation, programming, customization, testing and commissioning of PLC panel for pump control & SCADA monitoring stations at respective pump houses as per Annexure-C PLC MAKE:Siemens/ABB

Design, Supply, installation, configuration of RTU Panels at each branch valve which consists of a) PLC with I/O modules b)GSM/GPRS Modem c) Relay Cards d) Solar Charge controller with connected accessories e) Solar Pannel with mounting accessories f) Power back up with connected accessories for minimum 5 days backup g) Auto self cleaning system for Solar panel h) Push buttons MCBs, i) Internal and External power, network cabling from Valve to RTU and solar etc., as per the BOQ at Annexure-C PLC MAKE:Siemens/ABB

PART-D- Central Monioring cente(CMC) Supply, Installation and commissioning of VIDEO WALL of 46 inch displays of size(2x2) along with all requred accessories at Central location for 24x7 monitoring & Controlling as per Annexure-D

PART-E - Power Supply Design, Supply, installation & commissioning of 3KVA Online UPS along with dual servo stabilizer with auto change over mode with minimum 04 hours backup on full load with inbuilt isolation transformer at each pump house location and Central location (Environmental cell) as per Annexure-E

Design and Development of Mobile app for live monitoring of pump house & sprinkler management system status.
