Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. comprising the following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying neat cement slurry @ 1.3 Kg/ Sqm of surface including wire brushing, cleaning, washing and preparing floor & sides of walls. (b) 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound on floor and wall and finishing the surface even and fair. (c) Applying first layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with and including Acrylic based polymer modified cementations composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/ Sqm after the rendering has set and dried up. (d) Applying second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 Kg/ Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementations composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/ Sqm after 4 hours of application of first layer of cement slurry. Note: Two runs of 6.0 sqmm multi-stranded cable and one run of 4.0 sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor alongwith PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit length.
