Excavation in trenches and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exceeding 10 Sq. m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of existing brick work of any descrition and M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even including applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

Cutting / drilling the existing cast iron / ductile iron pipe of 300 mm dia in position for instlation of water flow meter in excavated earth for vpipe line complete all as directed..

All same as per ityem No 7 here-in-above but 150 mm bore of pipe -do- Note for item No 7 to 9: (i) Water flow meter measured and paid seperately.

Supply and lay 300 mm bore M S Pipes of wall thickness not less than 6 mm with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc after necessary cutting , welding including modify the line suitable to fix water meter and welded with suitable size of MS Flange along with necessary gasket of suitable size with required size of nuts & bolts including testing on completion complete all as directed.

All same as per ityem No 10 here-in-above but 150 mm bore of pipe -do- Note for item No 10 to 12: (i)Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of welding , MS flange , gasket , nuts and bolts . (ii) Water flow meter measured and paid seperately.

Taking up or down existing MS ERW pipe of 80 mm bore and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS ERW pipe of 80 mm bore all as per required grading /slope etc of 'C' class pipe.

Taking up or down existing MS ERW pipe of 100 mm bore and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS ERW pipe of 100 mm bore all as per required grading /slope etc of 'C' class pipe.

Taking up or down existing MS ERW pipe of 150 mm bore and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS ERW pipe of 150 mm bore all as per required grading /slope etc of 'C' class pipe.

M&L for MS fitting suitable for 80mm to 150mm pipes such as bends, , tappers, etc any type and angle and straight connected pieces any type joint all flange ends including necessary cutting,welding, bending , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including necessary jointing materials such as nut bolts washers packings and welding including dismantling existing fittings of any description and testing for leekage etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS fitting suitable for 150mm to 300mm pipes such as bends, , tappers, etc any type and angle and straight connected pieces any type joint all flange ends including necessary cutting,welding, bending , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including necessary jointing materials such as nut bolts washers packings and welding including testing for leekage etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 150 mm to 300 mm size CI/DI specials such as bends any type radius and angle, tapers any type straight, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc, tee pieces, single branch, ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross, collars, cps and plugs etc as required at site for jointing DI pipe of various bores complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing alongwith wall or passing through pipe of armoured copper control cable 1.5 sqmm 2 core and making connections to warer flow meters from any near existing power supply point including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm of size 32 mm bore for protection to cable laid in trenches complete all as directed.(Note : Excavation & earth work measured and paid seperately).

S&F in repairs non return valve cast iron body with nitrile rubber ball as per IS-5312, class PN-1.6, double flanged with reinforced ball suitable 80 mm bore all as specified.Make : NORMEX or equivalent make as approved.

Supply and fixing 1.5 Sqmm , 4 core PVC insulated sheathed armoured copper conductor cable with suitable size of saddles as communication cable to water flow metre to display all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install including testing of UPS with minimum 45 min back up supply for modem / display of capacity 1000 VA, Make APC

S&F in repairs FRP chamber covers with frame of required size including fixed with SS hinges, nut, bolts etc complete all as directed.

M&L construction of new valve chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm internal dimension (20 cm wall thickness) including necessary earth work excavation with earth work on any type of soil, PCC M-10 type C-2 as in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally, flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round (M-15 with 20 mm aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls complete all as specified.

S & F FRP sheet Junction Box of make SINTEX, ready made type having MCB, DP, 10 Amps, 10 KA, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, junction box of size 600 X 600 X 240 mm with necessary connectors and entry glands and mounted on MS angle iron pole of 100 cm height from GL 40 mm x 40 X 5 mm thick cut to size made to shape & fixed to pole with suitable size of nuts & bolts including painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamnel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer yellow complete all as specified and directed. .
