REPAIR OF INTERNAL PATH, ROAD, HARD STANDING ETC IN POCKET 1 TO 4 AND 810 CETC PURKAZI OF AGE BR I UNDER GE ROORKEE

M & L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chipping mixed with 5.5 % of binder content paving bitumen ( VG-30 viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) 05 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own cost after 07 days from date of laying of SDAC at location directed by Engr in Charge and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/Payment (CTL/IIT Roorkee/any Govt Institute as approved by GE. (b) The unit rated are worked out on the basis of binder content of 5.5% by total mix. Any additition/deduction in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted as per given in SSR-II)

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen 4% (by weight of total mix) binder content (VG-30) viscocity grade and pentitration laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and chamber (consolidated thickness n. exc. 75 mm) with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as specifified and directed. Note :-(a) 05 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own cost before laying of SDAC on BM surface at location directed by Engr in Charge and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/Payment (CTL/IIT Roorkee/any Govt Institute as approved by GE. S & F in repair metal delineator 1100 mm long X 100 mm x20mm MS Rectangular (medium grade) powder coated and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200 mm below ground level (approx 2-3 Kg weight) including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200 mm X 200 mm X 200 mm and making good surface complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair for cat eye plastic body having two ways reflector with abrasion resistant lens including fixing arrengement as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and dircted.

S & F in repairs of speed bumps breakers made up of ABS plastic PU material rubber and black & yellow colour of size 500mm x 350mm and 74mm with both side aluminium plated reflector, antiskid UV resistence moisture and temperature including fixing using anchor bolts and epoxy mortar grout complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, 20% glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.
