REPAIR TO SUNKEN FLOOR, ROOF TREATMENT, WALL CHAJJAS, ROOF SHEET AND CONNECTED ITEM FOR MD AND OTM ACCN AT ZONE-1B, ZONE-1C AND ZONE-5 UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for , in roof Kerbs,rounded or chamfered or haunching in chajjas, benching, filleting,slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required.Copmlete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m Copmlete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement Copmlete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound. Copmlete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply one coat of water based bituminious primer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) Laying APP polimerised modified membrane weighing not less than 3.5Kg / sqm by torch application method. (thickness of membrane shall not be less than 3 mm). (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and100 mm on transverse direction and membrane should be arrest in wall with V groov with help of suitable adhensive. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane.

Cleaning and Surface Preparation: The cleaning and preparation of the substrate to which the Smart Care Ultron Waterproofing cum Protective Coating system is applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Grinding the unsound and undulated concrete surface to make it a smooth surface. Surface defects exposed during surface preparation such as shrinkage cracks, minor honey combing, minor damage to joint arises, etc. shall be filled with Smart Care Epoxy Primer mixed with oven dried silica sand. Priming of the Substrate: The surface shall be primed using a two component, anti-carbonation, anti-corrosive fast drying, and high-performance epoxy primer; Smart Care Epoxy Primer at a minimum consumption of 300 gms per sqmts to improve their adhesion to existing concrete substrate. The temperature of the substrate shall be min. 3 degrees above the dew point. Brush or Roller Application of UV Resistant Acyclic Polyisocyante Reticulant Waterproofing Membrane: The top sealer for use on exposed areas shall be a pigmented, moisture curing, UV and weather resistant, protective acyclic polyisocyanate reticulant based top sealer, Smart Care Ultron. The coating should be applied at a consumption of a minimum of 2Kgs per sqmts in 3-4 thin coats of no more than 500 gms per sqmts via means of brush, roller, or spray application. The coats with a 50 gsm non oven polyester mesh sandwiched between 2 coats.

Taking down existing damaged water closet alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new EWC / IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope and applying first layer of slurry at the rate of .488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound at the rate of .253 kg/sqm this layer allowed to air cured for 4 hours. (ii) Applying second layer of slurry at the rate of .242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound at the rate of .126 kg/sqm. this layer allowed to air cured for 4 hours allowed with water curing for 48 hours. (iii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 200 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iv) Providing cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor (PCC 1:4:8) after testing of water tightness including GI spout (25mm dia & 450mm long).

M&L FOR DAMPROOFING AGAINST RISING DAMPNESS ON INTERNAL SIDE OF WALL preparation surface including, apply a series of HS Wall Shield 2K,Waterproof Putty & Seal-O-Prime or equivalent make of Asian/Shalimar/SIKA from rising dampness. Apply 10mm thick polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) admixed with HS Latex Plus @ 10 kg per bag of cement on bare brick/concrete surface. Application process involve for damp proofing 1. Apply 2 coats of HS Wall Shield 2K @ 10 sqft/kg. 2. Apply 10mm plaster (1:3) admixed with HS Cementmix Plus @ 200ml or equivalent make per bag of cement. NOTE: Once the plaster get fully cured apply HS waterproof putty and Seal-O- Primer instead of normal putty and primer before painting for long time performance.Copmlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L FOR DAMPROOFING AGAINST RISING DAMPNESS ON EXTERNAL SIDE OF WALL preparation surface including, apply a series of HS Wall Shield 2K & HS Damp Shield Elasto or equivalent make of Asian/Shalimar/SIKA on the damp surface of internal wall up to minimum height of 1 ft from the area effected from rising dampness. Apply 15mm thick polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) admixed with HS Latex Plus @ 10 kg per bag of cement on bare brick/concrete surface. Application process involve for damp proofing 1. Apply 2 coats of HS Wall Shield 2K @ 10 sqft/kg. 2. Apply 15 mm plaster (1:3) admixed with HS Cementmix Plus @200ml per bag of cement. NOTE: Once the plaster get fully cured apply HS Damp Shield Elasto instead of waterproof/ normal putty and primer before painting.
