S&F High performance component brushable elastomeric polyurea waterproofing coating cold applied with brush/roller smartcare damp proof xtreme / Weather pro top shield elastromeric/ ultraseal BA or approved equivalent on any horizontal or vertical surface liquid membrane with white in color with an elongation of Min 200% vertical & Min 300% horizontal surfaces and tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2 @DFT 1mm as per ASTM D 2370, Min 55 % Solid Content, shore A Hardness of min 70, system includes final base preparation using polymer primer/ Epoxy application @ 200-250gms/sqm, depending upon the surface porosity and crack bridging ability 3.50mm horizontal & 1.2mm vertical applying Smart care Damp proof xtreme / Home Shield Ultraseal BA or approved equivalent in two coats at not less than 0.93Sqm/ltr in horizontal & 2.79-3.25Sqm/ltr in vertical surfaces,including taking down existing treatment of any description & complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on roof finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust & Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on concrete in CM 1:3 in facia or edging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projection etc incl taking out peeled off plaster/concrete and making good to cracked RCC surface in true line/shape by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate incl necessary formwork to thickness required at ground floor and first floor etc. finish surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering on external surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surfaces or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding mixing of wpc including taking down cement plaster of any description and any thickness on brick/stone/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.)

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan on exceeding 6m mean radius, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but except bricks, incl demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.
