0.30 MLD (300 KLD) STP near Ganga Vatika, Dhalwala - Design, Construction, Supply, Erection, Installation & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Johkasou Technology as per approved design & drawings.

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING AND DRAWINGS :- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Flow Charts, Hydraulic Diagram and Complete Process Design, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Single line Diagrams, Control Philosophy & Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Preparation of “QA” and construction procedure manual along with “Test Plan”, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical and Piping data sheets and Drawings, Detailed Electrical and Instrumentation and control Systems, Drawings and datasheets including PLC and SCADA, Ancillary Works and Non-Technology Structural Drawings including roads and drainage and compound wall bypass + treated effluent line upto the disposal point as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, external electrification plans, including vetting of drawings from reputed institute like IIT, etc.As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training Program and Manuals, etc. complete (To be submitted in 6 Nos. sets in hard copy + 2 soft copies).

Civil, Electrical & Mechanical and instrumentation works of STP including testing & commissioning complete as per approved design & drawings also includes construction of Nala Tapping and diversion arrangement for Ganga Vatika drain, laying of treated effluent line as per design & drawings.

Costruction of boundary wall & Gate, protection works, approach road as per approved design, drawing and technical specification for Johkasou STP.

Supply & installation of online monitoring system at 0.30 MLD (300 KLD) STP, Dhalwala at inlet & outlet including testing & commissioning complete as per approved design, drawing and technical specifications. (Parameters - pH, BOD, COD, TSS, NH4, TN, Total Phosphorus (as PO4) & Flow)

Annual O & M Prices of STP's except Electricity and Fuel (HSD+Lubricants) charges (The cost included herein are the yearly cost for plant Operation & maintenance including fixed cost (Cost of Manpower to be deployed, General Maintenance of Civil Structures, preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical equipment, Electrical items, Online Monitoring System, Field & Inhouse Laboratory Instruments, Supply of Inhouse Laboratory Chemicals / Glassware / Consumable / Spares etc.) and Variable Cost (Including cost of Chemicals & Disposal of Plant Residuals viz. Screenings, Grits, Dewatered Sludge, etc)
