M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade (VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 70/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for laying bituminous premixed carpet, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 0..27 cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.60 kg of binder VG-10, laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and sealed with premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand (As per 4.4.7.2 grading Zone-I, tabler 2 of SSR Part-I 2009) mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, VG-10 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premixed carpet shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow with adequate number of coats complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hardstanding of flexural strength 40Kg/Sqm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade B for 150mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas ( exc 30 cm in depth, 1.5 Mtr in width as wel as 10 Sqm on plan) in all kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 Mtr and lift upto 1.5 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 above but depth exc 1.5 M and n exc 3.0 M complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soils including complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, excavated earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soils) n exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising ( or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finished to required size, shape, etc., for not exc 5 mtr high from base (Soil obtained from item No. 11, 12 and 13 shall be used for forming embankment for road) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm stone aggrigate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in steps, coping, kerbs including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble or polygonal rubble walling with 1:6 cement mortar ratio brought up to course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing ( any thickness) at back of walls with broken stone or boulders and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses by using cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in drain cover slabs, size required at site and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
