APPOINTMENT OF PROJECT SUPERVISION SERVICES AGENCY (PSSA) for PROVIDING PROJECT SUPERVISION SERVICES at Various Construction Sites / Sections for Various works like Earthwork, Minor Major/Important Bridges/RUBs/ROBs, Blanketing, Ballasting, Station Buildings, Platforms Construction/Raising/Extension, FOB's, Platform Shelters, Other Buildings, Staff and Passenger Amenity Works, All P.Way linking works and any other ancillary works in the jurisdiction of Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur and Jodhpur Division of North-Western Railway (Engineering Open Line).

Clause 3.1.2 (B) of RFP:- The Bidder shall have received total income equal to 150 % of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services mentioned in item No. 2 of the KIT (para 1.1.2) from professional(consultancy) fees in the 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. For the avoidance of doubt, professional fees refer to fees received by the Bidder for providing consultancy and/or supervision to its clients. In case of Consortium, the Financial Capacity of only the Lead Member will be considered. Moreover, each member(s) of the Consortium should have at least 25% of the Financial Capacity for the purpose of further evaluation for the eligibility of the Consortium.

Technical Capacity: The bidder shall submit documents / certificates /details / forms for fulfilling technical capacity eligibility criteria as prescribed in Clause 3.1.2(A) of RFP Document.

(a) Availability and conditions of eligibility for Key Personnel: As prescribed in Clause 3.1.2(C) of RFP Document.

Eligible Assignment: As prescribed in Clause 3.1.3 of RFP Document.

Please read & comply clause 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4 & 3.1.5 of RFP.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Tenderer/s shall keep themselves updated about any modification in tender notice and tender document, issued by Railway through newspapers, website or e-mail or any other means and shall act accordingly. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to check any correction or any modifications published subsequently in website and the same shall be taken into account while submitting the tender. Railway will not be responsible for offers submitted without latest corrections/ amendments if any, by the tenderer/s.

Notes" at the end of FORM wherever given are to be reproduced. Tenderers should not add their own 'Notes' below any FORM unless otherwise specified.

Tenderers are requested to carefully peruse the Tender Documents and upload all requisite documents/credentials along with the offer. Scanned copy of the documents, uploaded by the tenderer shall be clear & readable. Documents submitted/uploaded previously or along with another tender currently under consideration SHALL NOT be considered while evaluating the present tender.
