1. लेबर एक्ट के न्यूनतम मजदूरी नियमों के समस्त प्रावधानों की पालना करनी होगी।
2. कार्य की दरें जॉब के रूप में प्रति माह देनी होगी।
3. खेल ग्राउंड में क्रिकेट ग्राउंड व तीरदांजी ग्राउंड में पूर्व में लगी लॉन का रखरखाव करना होगा, जिसमें आवश्यक औजार, मिट्टी बिछाई, खाद, कीटनाशक, पानी देना मय पाईप, लॉन की कटिंग करना, लॉन में लगी जंगली घास को उखाड़ना, पिच रख्रखाव हेतु रोलर चलाना आदि कार्य सम्मिलित है, केवल पानी, मिट्टी सप्लाई विभाग द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
4. कर्मगारों को मौके पर अभियन्ता के निर्देशानुसार कार्य करना होगा।
5. कनिष्ठ अभियन्ता/सहायक अभियन्ता द्वारा बताये गये कार्य को पूर्ण करना होगा। चौकीदारी पर लगे कर्मगारेां को वर्दी में रहना होगा व चौकिदार के पास आई.डी प्रूफ व टोर्च, छडी़, सीटी रखनी होगी।
6. सामुदायिक भवन व खेल ग्राउंड बुक कराने पर अगर कोई पार्टी द्वारा किसी प्रकार का नुकसान किया जाता है, उसकी रिपोर्ट चौकीदार कनिष्ठ अभियन्ता को करेगा एवं कार्यक्रम समाप्त होने के पश्चात साफ़ सफाई संवेदक दवारा की जाएगी.
7. चौकीदारी या सफाई का कार्य संतोषप्रद नहीं होने पर नियमानुसार फर्म के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की जायेगी। | - | - | - | - |
