Demolition of cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work otherwise specifically provided for roof treatment including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (by using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof where require over slabs and finishing the exposed surfaces fair even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Water proof plastering 10mm thick CM (1:3) with WPC @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete or roof terrace surfaces in including finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound for waterproof plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Priming the plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm and laying the APP water proofing membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven Polyester /HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen with overlaps of minimum of 100 mm at side laps and minimum of 150mm at end laps after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer’s instructions with bituminous aluminium paint on top @ 0.1Ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and mouth of circulating pipe etc. including disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside, reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning size of tank exc. 250 Ltrs & n. exc. 500 Ltrs capacity of tankcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of surface with water using pressure washer machine, fill the crack with acrylic based textured crack filler and applying one coats of modified first quality acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved shade having silicon additives over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surfaces & applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over wall/concrete surfaces of any height complete all as directed.

Labour for cleaning of weeds, mud, sand etc from storm water drain & culverts at any depth including,excavating of rubbish off from site in poul position & making drain functional complete all as specified and as directed
