Clearing of Grass / Bushes and Drains, Road cleaning, Collection of garbage etc. in New Quarters Complex at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata for year 2025-26.

Amount

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Removal of debris and garbage etc. from AAI colony premises using 350 cubic feet truck including loading and unloading and disposal of the same to the approved municipal dumping ground outside AAI campus complete as per direction of Enginner-in-Charge.

Sweeping of roads, foot paths inside gardens, playgrounds parks etc. and by deploying minimum three nos. of manpower daily, all days in a month and waste materials i.e., plastic bags, torn cloths, waste paper, bricks, building rubbish, bamboos, dry leaves etc. shall be stacked and removed from AAI residential area and dumped at garbage dumping site of Dumdum Municipality (near HMV) on daily basis including required T&P and hand trollies etc. as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (Including T&P).

Door to Door house collection of domestic refuse i.e. household waste etc. by deploying minimum one no. of manpower daily, all days in a month, once in the morning from each quarter including Sunday’s and garbage / waste will be staged at New Residential Quarter's garbage Vat as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Including T&P).

Cleaning of drain (RCC or surface drain ) of all sizes i/c removing & refixing of cover if necessary and sewer line i/c cleaning of chokage etc. and removal of sludge, malba, rubbish, etc. and dispose off to the nearest dumping ground and i/c cleaning of sites as directed by Engg.-in-Charge (Including T&P).

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. lead and as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).
