Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors n.exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down stel windows with shutters n.exc 1.50 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves/valley gutters and rain water pipes (any size, any pattern) including all fittings and removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 40 or 50 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing Unserveceable building materials to a distance upto 15 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall have sanction from GVMC designated places before quoting the tender. If designated place may be varied during execution, no claim shall be entertained on this account. (ii) Approval if any to be obtained from GVMC for dumping the excavated material of GVMC designated places, the same shall be obtained by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this ground.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm in depth and averaging 15cm and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5m deep for foundations, beams, Pile caps and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc.1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc.1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for Item Nos. 1.024 to 1.033: (i) The depth of boring for piles shall be measured from existing ground/bed level/river bed top (as per soundings/reduced levels taken at the commencement of work) to the approved founding level. (ii) It shall be ensured that the waste bentonite slurry/ drilled or bored material is pumped off from the premises to locations shown as approved by GVMC by contractor at his own cost. The distance mentioned in description of item shall be the shortest distance from the centre of the building. (iii) All channels/tanks made for bentonite circulations shall be filled with approved moorum obtained by contractor at his cost after clearing all bentonite cakes. (iv) The contractor may use any approved method as approved by GE for boring without any extra cost to the Govt. The rates for boring of piles shall be inclusive of any method/ casing that may be used by the contractor for bored piles. Nothing extra shall be paid. (v) For the purpose of payment of boring/drilling, description of hard rock shall be as given in particular specification. (vi) The size of cutting tool shall not be less than diameter of pile by more than 75 mm. (vii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the rates for the shifting and setting up of piling rig as many times as required. (viii) 70 nos of 600mm dia piles and 2 Nos 800mm dia pile are to be done inside the existing building. Bidder should be aware of of hurdles/difficulties involved in execution inside the building and rate should be quoted accordingly.

Carrying out initial load tests on test piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 by static load test method including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports for a test load of 775 tonne in non-working areas in the vicinity, including the cost of new piles for 1000mm dia with specification as same as working pile with minimum depth of socketing into the hard rock 2D (Where D is dia of pile) or upto 1.5m depth whichever is higher etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, copings, benching in bottom of drains and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces setting in mortar complete with joints to match, all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, coping, bonders and the like set in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate as in jallies 40mm thick including all moulding set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In -Charge.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Ready mix concrete) by design mix M-40 grade (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bore holes using portland slag cement and admixture conplast SP-432 A2 or equivalent for piles in tremie method including necessary dewatering, formwork, concrete mixed in RMC plant, transporting, placing, compacting, vibrating etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete of grade M-40 (Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate) using ready mix concrete including supply and mixing of admixtures, as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pile caps, suspended floor beams & slabs, plinth protection, basement slabs, under-reamed piles etc. using portland slag cement and handling, conveyance, errection with alignment in true position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1.052 here-in-before but slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, duct slab, RCC gutter, parapet wall and in shelves and the like.

Notes for item Nos. 1.052 to 1.055: (i) Minimum cement content shall be 400 Kg/Cu.m. of concrete for pile caps, suspended floor beams, slabs and footings, platform (Covered under item No.1.052) and shall be 360 Kg/Cu.m .of concrete for M-40 using Portland slag cement with minimum slag content of 50% (fifty percent) for items covered under item Nos. 1.053 to 1.055. (ii) Design mix shall be as per IS-456-2000. Maximum size of aggregate shall not exceed 20 mm and slump shall be 50mm to 100mm and maximum water cement ratio 0.4. (iii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for interalia for preliminary design mix and works test cubes. iv) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately. (v) In case at the time of mix design cement content is increased beyond minimum content given no extra payment will be made. (vi) Standard manufactured cover blocks as per IS should be used, Site cast cover blocks not be used

Chipping of laitance concrete in piles above cut of level upto a maximum of 1m from cut of level and disposal to distance of exc. 10.0Km but n. exc. 15 Km and depositing to location as approved by GVMC.

M&L for brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls (100mm thick) built in cement mortar 1 :4 including supply and fixing of 2 Nos of 8mm dia CRS TMT bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.and directed.

M&L for cutting out bricks, forming toothing for and bonding new brick work into old work including value or new material entering in old walls and jointing and pointing in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble massonary uncoursed, well bonded and bedded and solidly hearted built in CM(1:6) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hammer dressing to face stone with maximum depression 20mm over walling of random rubble massonary all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, pile caps, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforcement in any situation using Corrosion resistant TMT steel bars of grade Fe-500D, 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 1.069 here-in-before but 5mm dia. and over upto and above as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and installing 6mm thick MS liner for bored cast-in-situ concrete piles with necessary stiffeners, driving shoe with continuous welding including cutting, bending welding etc. confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 Quality B) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Rate shall be inclusive of cutting the liner at cut off level. The rate is deemed to include for cutting, removal and salvage value of the material so obtained. (ii) MS liner shall be driven upto refusal level or -15.00mtr level whichever is lesser irrespective what shown in the drawing, the occurrence of refusal level will be decided by GE at site based on visual inspection of bailer samples from pile bore hole, past experience and laboratory test result. The decision of GE in this regard will be final and binding. (iii) MS liner will be measured and paid up to the cut off level only of pile . Additional MS liner if used for convenience of construction shall be included in the rates quoted. No extra shall be paid separately on this account.

M&L for Framed work as in duct frame of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including Hold fast ,hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of E-250, Quality-A complete all as specified. .

M&L MS chequered sheet Confirming to Fe-410-W (Ge E-250 Quality A) as in cover of ducts with lifting arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Steel rolling shutters, gear operated type with ball bearing with bevel gear box and crank handle, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer with 1.25 mm laths and guide chanels including locking arrangement erected in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n.exc 15 cm long and dia of neck 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for making proper two legged scaffolding arrangement with required MS pipes to repair the Chajjas, beams, columns and walls upto height 10m height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Trapezoidal profiled galvalume sheeting in lengths upto 12m to suit the site requirements.The profiled sheets shall be made out of 0.50mm base metal thickness, Cold Rolled steel of 550 Mpa yield strength conforming to IS 513 (1994) with hot dip metallic coating at minimum 150 gm/Sq.m. zinc- aluminium alloy coating mass (55% Aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon) total of both sides. The colour shall have a total coating thickness of 35 micron of silicon modified super durable polyester paint system of approved colour, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat on top surface and 5 microns reverse coat on back surface over 5 microns primer coat on both surfaces.Roofing/wall cladding sheets shall be factory cut and supplied in required lengths (of upto 12 m) to suit shop drawings. The roofing/wall cladding sheets shall be crest fixed with 12- 14X55mm SDST screws ITW/ Corroshield make IS 1022 base material with TEK3/TEK4 point having flange thickness of minimum 2mm with special cyclonic washers all as per manufacturer's instructions. Roofing/wall cladding sheets shall be crest fixed with minimum 5 Nos. of above specified screws per metre sheet width at all the purlins/runners. Colour of sheeting shall be grey or apprroved by GE.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm base metal thickness of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/flashing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L structural steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) all as specified and directed

Material and labour for structural steel work in Plates (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of grade-E-250 quality-A with riveted bolted or welded attachment all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Supply and fix stainless steel of grade SS 316 L pipes of 50 mm dia (thickness not less than 2 mm) as in ladder railing with SS cap at bottom of posts, fabricated, welded and fixed including necessary specials and grinding/ buffing at welded portion to match with shining of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix chainlink mild steel PVC coated GI wire (5mm dia) mesh of 50x50mm nominal pitch as in fencing/mesh enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing false ceiling grid of armstrong make or its equivalent mineral fibre acoustical suspended ceiling system with MINATUFF (MICRO LOOK) edge tiles with ARMSTRONG XL 15mm EXPOSED GRID.

S&F Powdercoated aluminium snap grid frame false ceiling consisting of 25X25X2mm aluminium angles and TEEs of size 25x25x2mm and 12mm thick gypsum board of size 595X595mm on aluminium grid including supply and fix galvanised wire of required length and 2mm dia hanger grid suspended from trusses/ ceiling and purlins n. exc. 1200mm c/c both ways complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Anodised Aluminium frame powder coated for doors, windows, ventilators partitions and door/window/ventolator shutters and similar work using standard aluminium sections of approved make, transparent or dyed of required shade according to IS-1868 (minimum anodised coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and aluminium anodised/stainless steel screws or expansion hold fasteners including snap beading and filling up gaps with PVC/neoprene felt. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including angle cleats, CP brass or stainless steel screws including supply and fix glazing with rubber gasket and panel inserts complete all as specified. Note:- supply and fix glazing with rubber gasket and panel inserts shall be measured and paid separately. only aluminium item shall be measured for quantity except hinges, handles, tower bolts etc.

S&F aluminium powder coated decorative grill for doors and windows with one or more rebates including jointing cleats/beading 'U' or 'H' channel for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5.5mm thick sheet glass of ordinary quality of approved brand and including PVC/Neoprene gasket for glazing, glazing clips in doors, windows, partitions in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No 1.091 here-in-before but exc 0.50 sqm each pane.

Supply and fixing 5.5mm thick toughned/tempered glass, tensile strength not less than 65 Mps incuding necessary drilling holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade pre-laminated on both sides with decorative choice lamination and fixed in aluminium partitions/doors with aluminium glazing clips complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Desing, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of latest technology based Water cooled screw chiller type central A/C plant complete with all equipments and accessories of nominal capacity 3 x 75 TR each (Two Nos, working and one no as standby) complete including all accessories and SCADA system for AC Plant all as specified and directed :- (A) CHILLER UNIT : Micro processor controlled, factory assembled and factory tested Water cooled Chiller unit comprising of semi hermetic screw compressor (either single compressor or multiple compressor with independent refrigerant circuit) using R-134a Refrigerant driven by induction motor 3 ph 415V suitable for min 75 TR refrigeration capacity, water cooled condenser and flooded cooler with electronic expansion valve complete with inbuilt control panel having microprocessor based control for operation of compressor, condenser, chiller having features of auto operation, min run time equalization, auto restart after power failure, built in time delay, fault diagnostic etc, complete with suitable capacity contractors duly pre wired and inter connected - 03 Nos

(B) Condenser water circulation system : Compresing following :- (i) FRP induced draft cooling tower two in Nos of 50% capacity of above working plant capacity, complete installed on suitable RCC staging including PCC flooring in around the staging with spray section, honey comp fill basin, fan, TEFC Motor, intake bird screen and other accessories (as per manufacturers tech specifications ) -02 Nos (Both will be working same time. (ii) PVC/HDPE make up water tank of 2 x 5000 ltr capacity installed/placed on PCC/Brick staging/RCC of suitable load carrying capcity platform for makeup water requirement including brass flat valve with polyethylene ball, over flow and drain arrangement incoming connection of GI pipe 25 mm dia medium grade from tank to tapping point - 01 Job. (iii) End suction type 3 phase electric pump set of 100% capacity and discharge as per AC plant capacity and FASD starter for re-circulation along with rubber vibration isolation pads (one number working and one No will act as standby). Necessary pressure gauge on discharge and suction of pump shll be provided at the outlet of each pump - 02 Nos (1 No will be standby). (iv) Condenser water piping of GI medium grade (ISI markied), pipe and fittings for interconnectiong the cooling tower with condensers and pumps, make up water tank, drain pipe, complete with Y strainer, NRVs and butterfly valves - 01 Job. (v) Non chemical type on line scale preventer of size as sper the capacity of the condenser water pump flow - 02 Nos

(C) Chilled water circultion system : Comprising of the following :- (i) End suction type 3 phase electric pumping set of 100% capacity discharge as per the capacity of plant working of 415 V AC for recirculation of chilled water with ribbed rubber vibration isolation pads. (One No working and one No will act as standby) Necessary pressure gauges on discharge of pump shall be provided at the outlet of each pump - 02 Nos ( 01 Nos will be standby) (ii) Chilled water piping with MS heavy grade class ''C" ERW pipe of suitable diameter including all sealdable fittings including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both inside and outside as directed, butterfly valve, NRVs for chiller chilled water pumps with AHUs and fan coil units. Chilled water pipe lines shall be insulated with 50 mm thick EPS (Expanded polystyrene) pipe section wire mesh and cladded with Aluminium sheet 26 SWG, including water flow switches and electrically operated modulating valve at each AHU - 03 Nos. Note : Thickness of insulation will be 50 mm upto pipe size 150 mm dia and 75 mm thick if pipe dia is more than 150 mm. (iii) Expansion tank shall be of HDPE, white and retangular type of capacity 2000 litres and necessary piping, control valves on inlets and wash out, float valve etc - 01 Job Make of HDPE tank : Sintex/polycon/Rotex/Polywell

(d) Air Treatment System: Compresing the follwing :- (i) Air Handling unit (AHU), Double skin construction air handling unit suitable for chilled water system made out of extruded aluminum structural frame/aluminum corner and intermediate connecting pieces and panels of 0.6 m, galvanized steel sheet on both sides with 25 mm thick pressure injecte PUF (Poly Urethene Foam) of density (38 +2 Kg/Cum) using CFC free R-141b blowing agent the panels havescratch free palstisol coating on outer side. The fan section should mounted on anti bibration spring isolators and free from main structure. The fan should be DIDW (Double inlet Double Width) back ward curved centrifugalfan with air discharge up blast., belt driven with TEFC (Totaly enclosed Fan cooling) induction motor of suitable capacity. The coild section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated. The filter section consists of prefilter with 10 micron 90% efficiently. The other accessories are view port, limit switch, stainless steel (SS3) drain pan, volume control damer for approx 187.5 TR plant with energy Efficient Motor (EE series) of suitable capacity and specified make and drain pan all as specified - 03 jobs (ii) BLANK. (iii) Strip type heater bank of suitable capacity in three banks with necessary copper conductor wiring for banking complete - 03 sets (one set for each AHU) (iv) Humidistat's and Thermostats in each AHU room. (v) Three way Mixing valve of required size with actuator and modulating and modulating thermostat control for each AHU - 03 Nos

(vi) Acoustic insulation with 25 mm thick fiber glass rigid boards and finished with RP tissue paper and 28 gauge aluminium perforated sheet upto 5 mt from outlet of the air plenum including air plenum all as specified and directed. (vii) 5 micron filters shall be provided in a GI sheet plenum for AHUs. The filters shall have efficiency of 99% when tested as per BIS 6540-Part-I and made out of Non woven synthetic/polyester/polypropylene media sandwitched between HDPE mesh on one side for additional coarse filtration and aluminium expanded mesh on the other side for mechanical support. Media is deep pleated, encased and sealed in sturdy GI frame for longer life including rubber gasket of apprx size 600 x 600 x 305 mm

(e) Air Distribution System: Comprising of the following :- Supply and return air ducting made out of commercial grade GI sheet zine coating 120 grade IS 277 and fabricated as per IS-655, but not less than 22 SWG thick, Ducting wherever passing through unconditioned space shall be insulated with resin bonded Fiber Glass Wool 25 mm thick (Density 24 kg/Cum covered with GI chicken wire mesh and cladded with aluminium foil fixed with adhesive tape. Where these ducts are passing through open area, insulated with 50 m thick fiber glass wool density 24 kg/m3, covered with polythene sheet faced Hessian cloth, GI chicken wire mesh and protected with sand cement plaster - 01 Job Note : The contractor should examine the entry of supply air dcut/return duct in Anechoic and integration bay. (i) GI ducting for supply and return air shall be fabiricated as per SMACNA-1995 standards and all as specified. The layout of ducting should be submitted by the contractor for the approval of the accepting officer duly considering the ground requuirement before execution of the work. (ii) Aluminum anodized double deflection type grills/diffuser complete with MS poweder coated volume control damper for supply ait grill/diffusers and Aluminum powder coated grills fixed bar type without volume control damper for return ait - 10 Job.
