Providing and applying on steel work with two component acrylic polyurethane paint Interthane 990 of International Paints or equivalent with minimum DFT of 60 microns (applied at one litre paint / 6.65 sqm ) for truss/portals/purlins etc.on dry, clean surface at the height as specified below after preperation of surface by fresh water washing and drying and / or blowing and / or removing corrossion if any using required tools such as disc sander and grinder etc by applying the paint in one or more coat to achieve the required DFT after thinning to required consistency using thinner GTA 733 for Interthane 990 or equivalent by brushing or using rollers / airless gun in uniform smooth shade etc complete all as per the direction of engineer-in charge and as per manufacturer's specification.(The rate shall include cost of scaffolding /special ladders as per site requirement for accessing in accesible areas ,safety belts, ropes nets and including isolating the area of painting without affecting passenger movement etc) . For steel structures above 12 meters and upto 16 meters from base.

Providing and applying on steel work with single component alkyd gloss enamel paint Interlac 665 of International Paints or equivalent with minimum DFT of 60 microns (applied at one litre paint / 5.60 sqm ) for columns / beams etc.on dry, clean surface at the height as specified below after preperation of surface by fresh water washing and drying and / or blowing and / or removing corrossion if any using required tools such as disc sander and grinder etc by applying the paint in one or more coat to achieve the required DFT after thinning to required consistency using thinner GTA 004 for Interlac 665 or equivalent by brushing or using rollers / airless gun in uniform smooth shade etc complete all as per the direction of engineer-in charge and as per manufacturer's specification.(The rate shall include cost of scaffolding /special ladders as per site requirement for accessing in accesible areas ,safety belts, ropes nets and including isolating the area of painting without affecting passenger movement etc) For steel structures upto a height of 6 meters from base.

Providing and fixing Nylon antibird net having a maximum mesh size 50x50mm of approved colour using nylon tying rope of .5 mm o ,matching colour under the airside canopy at a level 15 m ( approx ) and the net shall be streached and tied properly to the steel frame without any gaps and over lapping etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge.( Rate includes all scaffolding , T & P etc )
