Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement 4 sand 8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 )1cement 1-1/2 sand 3 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Foundation and plinth.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. Thickness) including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

In lintels, beams, girder up to floor two level

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, and girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c cantering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge in: -

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings and the like floors etc.above 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as wall(any thickness) parti tions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like -

Columns pillers posts and struts

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing in the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand ) complete in all respect with in all leads 7 lifts.

Prov. and fixing MS man hole cover of size 600 x 600 mm made up of 3.15 mm Thick plain MS sheet fixed in angle iron frame frame of 50x50x5mm supported with MS flat of 50x5mm at center of sheet including fising hold fast, hinges and locking arrangement and lock of medium size etc complete in all respects.

Laying , jointing and testing GMS tubes , tube fittings complete. (excluding earth work ) in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge , including ost of all fitings and joint material.

Bajari screened, washed and graded from size 6 mm to 20 mm from approved source.

Bajari coursed screened, washed and graded from size 20 mm to 25 mm from approved source.

Bajari coursed screened, washed and graded from size 25 mm to 50 mm from approved source.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement 6 sand 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying in CC 1:5:10 (1cement 5sand 10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall / breast wall, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per PWD specification and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Stone / Boulder filling behind the retaining wall and under floor with hard stone of appored quality with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement 5 sand 10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts

1.80 mtrs heigh fencing with M.S. angle iron of size 40x40x6mm minimum 2.50 mtrs. C/C with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 type-1) weight of 9.38 Kg./100 mtrs.(minimum) storical and fixed to post complete cost of posts structs and straining bolts shal be paid for separately horizontal and diagonal wire with in all leads & lifts.

Structural steel work in single section , trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red paint in gratting framed gurad bars, laseers , railing etc. complete with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
