   Past Performance : .Past Performance 1. The firm must demonstrate past performance by submitting documentary evidence of supplying at least 20% of tender quantity (i.e. 20 nos) of tendered item in a single Purchase Order (PO) to Indian Railways within the last 3 years and current financial year. 2. Required Documents The documentary evidence must include:Copies of Receipts Note/CRN/CRAC (in case of Gem Case)/Inspection Certificate issued by TPI. 3. Rejection Criteria Failure to provide the required documentary evidence will result in the summarily rejection of the offer. 4.Important Note Submission of only a purchase order copy without the required supporting documents (i.e. Receipts Note/CRN/CRAC/Inspection Certificate) will not be considered as proof of past performance

   MARKING: Materials are to be invariably stamped with manufacturer's name, month & year of manufacture as may be detailed in the drawing/specification of the material, so that warranty can be correctly acted upon.

   WARRANTY/GUARANTEE: (1) As per Warranty Clause in the Technical Specifications and Clause 3909 of the INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing date. In the event of any conflict, Clause of the Technical Specifications(except no. of warranty months) shall prevail. (2) Warranty clause is also applicable for spare parts / assemblies. (3) The machine shall consistently deliver the required output and accuracy as per the contractual specifications. Any deficiency or breakdown exceeding two (02) hours in a single day shall be considered a failure for that day. (4) All replacements and repairs requested by the consignee under this warranty shall be carried out by the contractor promptly and satisfactorily within three (03) days from the date consignee notifies the supplier, with all associated costs borne by the supplier (5) For the time by which the machine remains non-operational during the warranty period, penalty shall be applicable and the warranty period shall be extended by the same duration. The Warranty Bank Guarantee shall be returned upon the completion of the extended warranty period for the entire machine.
