M&L for Repair/overhauling to outdoor type LT panel/feeder pillar box of any size/ make including insulating to bus bars with shrinkable PVC sleeves of colours red, yellow, blue and black replacement of worn out / us cables as per existing gauge, door rubber beedings, nuts, bolts washers, hinges, thimbles, lugs, cable glands & welding work etc making functional to the system and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.Note:- Spares required for replacement will be measured & paid separately under respective items.

All as per Srl item No. 1.00 above but indoor type LT Panel/ feeder box.

M&L for painting to indoor/outdoor type LT panel/FP box of size not more than 1.8 m height internally as well as external surfaces complete with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of approved quality including preparation of old surfaces, writing of bus bars & outgoing /incoming locations with white paint gridth upto 2” (50mm) complete all as specified & as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm long, 16mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40 cm length with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm, loop insulation size 65 x 90mm clearance of hole 16 mm & other accessories complete all as per SSR Part-1, Plate No.1. complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS clamps, excavation earth work & PCC work will be measured & paid separately.

Excavation in trenches/post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed. ( Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment )

Supply and laying brick protection cable cover using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundtion, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L in repair sub main wiring with 2 single core, 6 Sq. mm, PVC insulated unsheathed,multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade incl 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FR as continuous earth wire drawn through in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit or PVC flexible sleevs connecting with copper lugs to common earth terminals complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Two run of copper cable and one run of earth wire including conduit /PVC Casing/caping shall be measured as one length.

M&L for High Tension cable fault checking by high tension cable fault testing machine by disconnecting the HT cable end termination including insulation testing complete of faulty cable.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentaling of old steel tubular pole LT/HT after excavation of PCC and disconecting of cross arm and insulators,and shifting it to new location as required on site including all ACSR conductor any size/ cross arm/insulators connections including PCC work with ratio 1:3:6 and coping and testing of overhead line complete all as specified and directeded.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for finding of the cable fault in underground cable and returning filling (including old bricks and sand) the same after rectification of the cable fault in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.Note : Sand shall be mearsured and paid separately in connected items.

M&L for removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing LT poles & stretching of ACSR/AAC conductor upto required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides upto the stress on each side complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surcaces using polish paper painted exposed surfaces silver aluminium paint two coats to steel tubular pole of 11mtr including crossarms.Bracket etc complete with writing Nos of pole with white paint on black 3"dia circle all as directed specified complete.

Supply & fix Junction box of size 317mm X 265mm X 160 mm) wiith 32 Amps MCB TPN(Make Legrand cat part No.408680 ) with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-1 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick with one No MCB SP 6 Amp (Make Legrand cat part No.4085 87) capacity and PVC cable 2.5 sqmm Aluminium wire upto 7.5 mtr length for connection of security light from junction box to light fitting and includes making suitable hole on existing pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site.Make : Sintex/Naptune

M & L for bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm dia,light grade 1.5 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps -2 Nos made out of 50mm wide 5mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia with -4 Nos & flat washer (3mm thick) 01 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps & bracket etc complete.

Supply and spreading graded coarse aggregate of size 40 mm at electrical outdoor installation yard 11KV Substations/ Near DP structures etc including levelling of uneven surface, removing vegetation, grass etc complete all as specified and diected by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of capacitor , and capacitor should be box type heavy duty, characterized by dielectric with non toxic, biodegradable synthetic oil, having 10 micron pp film ,inrush current protection up to 2 in, dielectric losses less than 0.2 w/kvar, 450 v, 50 hz,having life more than one lakh hours , under ideal condition of the system of capacity 25 kvar complete all as specified and as directed
