Supply of Vertical High Pressure Air Receiver with following specification: Construction standard: ASME Boiler Vessels Code Section VIII Div 1 & 2. Material Grade of steel: SA 516 Gr 70. Total Volume: 0.8 m3 Design Pressure: 35 kg/cm2 Working Pressure: 30kg/cm2 Test Pressure: 50 kg/cm2 Thickness of shell and dishes: minimum 26mm Inlet Valve- 1 no. 20mm (provision for 1 more inlet connection shall be included and shall be kept closed) Outlet Valve - 1 no. 20mm (provision for 1 more outlet connection shall be included and shall be kept closed) Drain Valve – 1 no. on bottom dish. Pressure gauge- 1 no. (0-60kg/cm2) Pressure relief valve – 1 no. Man/ Access Hole – 2 nos. ( one on upper part and another one on lower part) Punched name plate shall be provided. (Approximate dimensions are given below which shall be finalised during drawing approval) Outer diameter : 84.2 cm Height of base frame: 40 cm Height from bottom of base : 174 cm. Mounting base circular with four supports IS2062 class III, Material of Construction : IS 2062. Painting: Internal Surface to be painted with two coats of oil proof / anti corrosive paint (Jasmin Yellow). External Surface to be given one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coat of epoxide primer paint and two coats of epoxy finishing paint with shade Light Grey IS 5 Shade 631. (Second coat finishing paint shall be done at site, preferably).
