M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement fixing in frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 18mm thick, Prelaminated Particle Board, One Side Decorative Choice Lamination and other side Balancing White, Medium Density, Interior Grade fixed with screws to wooden frames, partitions, shelves, cupboards, door panels complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work new or old, of any description and girth not otherwise described, and treating ends of posts, backs of Chowkats, etc. area tarred exceeding 0.1 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m each with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Powder Coated Aluminium Deco Grill of Model / Design No. DG 104, fixing the frame as per manufacturers instructions including Powder Coated Aluminium Channel of size 30 X 12 X 1.5mm for fixing Deco Grill complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made PVC Ventilator made out of multi chamber PVC hollow section DWUF 405 [40x46mm] with 3mm pin headed glass fixed to the lower section using extruded PVC section of 9 X 19.5mm size OL19 with EPDM gasket [SPL 003] for both PVC sections, ventilator's centre mullion shall be made up of multi chamber hollow PVC section DWUF-406 [63.5mmX40mm] with EPDM gasket GL-19 and fixed to the 3 sides of DWUF-405 and DWUF 406 [63.5X40mm] above the centre mullion, Glass panels with aluminium lower set shall be fixed to the frame DWUF-405 on the top of the ventilator for the glass, DWUF 405 and DWUF 406 comers shall be mitred cut and welded, jointed with 12mm MS Rods [Guard Bars] including necessary fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.18 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, 8 to 9 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.
