SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Material and Labour for raking out loose brick work joints as in top horizental surfaces of brick drain laid on edge and flush pointed in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick works (laid flat or on edge) in channels or drains, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar including separating serviceable bricks aside for reuse in the work.

Material and labour for bricks work with Fly ash bricks, laid flat on vertical inclined sides of drains, laid dry and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- Servicebale bricks obtained from dismantling shall be reused

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed of drains including forming channels complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-O (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching to drain, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced Cement concrete M-25 (Design mix), 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for reinforced Cement concrete M-25 (Design mix), 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls, and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters ant buttresses complete all as specified. Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns / slab, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour for use and waste formwork to to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping) . surfaces rough finished complete all as specified.

Material and labour for use and waste Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls,, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. ; vertical or to batter finished rough complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .
