Filling of Stone Crusher Dust for foundation trenches including cost and conveyance off all materials and all labour charges ramming,watering etc, as per drawing and technical specification in Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including tremmy pumping,laying concrete,curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete for M-20 Grade corresponding to IS 456 using CONCRETE MIXER with 20mm H.B.G Metal including cost and conveyance of all Material like cement, Sand, water etc., to site, operational, incidental and Labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete (APSS No.402) with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., complete (BLD-CSTN-2-14)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 ) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126).

Brick Masonary in C.M (1:6) using 2nd Class well burnt ground moulded traditional size bricks of locally available having a crushing strength of not less than 35 Kg./Sq.Cm & size of 23x11x7 Cm including cost & conveyance of Material to site, mixing of Cement Mortar & laying of bricks & mortar to specified thickness, watering, curing, including all scaffolding, hire & operational charges of Machinery, all Labour charges & all water lead charges etc. complete for finished item of work. (BLD-CSTN-3-1)

Plastering with 12mm thick in single coat in CM (1:4) finished smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges on all materials, finishing, curing, scaffolding and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work. (As per SS 903).

Painting Walls with Snowcem or other equal and approved Water Proof Cement Paint over Priming Coat, 1 Coats (All Colours)(Total 2 Coats)

Manufacture,supply and delivery and fixing of Iron grill for gates made with M S flat of approved design including painting with primary coat of red oxide etc., complete.

Painting with Synthetic enamil paints two coats for new Iron Work including cost and conveyance of materials and all types of labour charges etc., complete as approved by the departmental authorities

Supply and delivery of C1 greetings for burning platform including fixing, cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc., as LS

Drilling of Bore well with Hand Bore set to a finished dia of 112/165/175/180 mm justify both sides in all kinds of formations suitable for hand bore set drilling such as black cotton soils, sandy and alluvial soils and insertion of PVC/PVC blue casing pipe with couplings including slotting of pipe where ever required and fixing of bore well with cap and bail plug as per directions of the department for a finished item of work including conducting yield test, crew charges, cost of consumables, transportation charges and bore development charges and all other charges required in fixation of pipe assembly, Flushing of bore with required pressure excluding cost of all required materials such as cap, bail plug, clamp sets, bolts and nuts etc., excluding all taxes , cost of PVC casing pipe, slotting charges.
