Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC / RCC / Brick works in joints to receive new and fresh CC / RCC / Brick works including roughening and cleaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

6 mm cement plaster in single layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement, curing and a thick coat of lime wash on top when dry on wall bearings for RCC slabs and beams complete. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing tactiles of standardized designs conforming to RNIB (The Royal National Institute for the Blind, UK), DETR (Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, UK) & ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act, USA) of size 300 x 300 mm in floors, (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) specially designed to assist the visually impaired- “foot braille”, with water absorption less than 0.5%, of approved brand & manufacturer, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) including grouting of joints etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately)

BRAILLE SIGNAGE- providing and fixing multilungual Braille (raised dots) directional signage of size 150x225mm. as per accessibility standards 2 and having 3mm thick acrylic Base plate with upper case san serif words. white acrylic non glare cut out Letters of height 1smm raised not 3 less than 0.8mm above base plate and the Word written in Hindi or English non glare acrylic letters of height 15mm raised not less than 4 above base plate and having a non-glare acrylic cut out arrow pointing in the required direction. Each signboard as per manufacturers specifications on the wall at the approved location and at a height of 1200 mm from floor as per design specifications and harmonised guidelines as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Braille indicator- Providing and fixing acrylic Braille indicators for handrails of the approved design and make, having Braille dots raised 0.5mm above base plate, to be installed at the specified locations as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge complete as per design/ specfications and guidelines as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing Marble stone in floors over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with of matching shade, including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 mm thick Marble stone Raj Nagar plain marble

Providing and fixing Precast chequered cement concrete tiles18 mm thick, laid in footpath & court yard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4(1cement :4 fine sand) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In dark shade using ordinary cement
