OD223574/2024-2025:Supply and erection of best quality ISI marked KWA approved open well submersible motor pump set having a 4.3 lps discharge against 51.51 m head (7.5 HP) working at 415 V at 50 c/s with bronze impeller , stainless shaft, CI pump casing with suitable type base plate. Including suitable starter with protection relay, MS panel board withMCCB, ELCB, Capacitor, indicator lamps, volt meter, ammeter, etc. suitable for the above motor pump set including necessary copper cable for wiring, earthing, GM/CI non return and sluice valves, suction and delivery connections etc as per the ISI and IE regulations and KSEB standard and erected and trial run conducted for 7 days as per the direction of departmental officers .if any documentation is required that should be arranged by the tender.
Integrated pressure filter cum iron removal plant and chlorine dosing system
OD223578/2024-2025:Designing, supply, installing one number of Integrated pressure sand filter cum Ironremoval Unit as per the technical demand and site condition ( The system shall be able to treat the raw water contain a turbidity level of at least 16.1 NTU and iron content 1.6 mg/l) and its trial running and commissioning. The Integrated pressure sand filter cum Iron removal Unit is of capacity 17000 LPH Discharge at 62 m head(Suitable to the head and dicharge of the pump set). Pressure Filter vessel with Diameter 1000 mm and HOS 1800 mm ( Height ) and Shell thickness 6 mm and Dish end thickness 8 mm adequate to withstand possible maximum internal pressure. The container should have a manhole with cover at top for easy inspection of the unit provision of door/ dummy at bottom for media removal. The unit should be incorporated with best quality 2 1/2?? (65) mm C I Butterfly Valves having ISI mark for filter unit functioning including rinsing and back washing. The outlet of the Integrated pressure sand filter cum iron removal unit shall be connected with the Pumping Main. The scope of work includes all related, mechanical and plumbing works and interconnection of the system at inlet and outlet with existing pumping main, by pass arrangement. All the metallic parts should be painted with approved quality anticorrosive paint. The filter media comprising of graded Coarse, Fine Sand and Iron removal media of catalox. It should have good performance life for a minimum period of 2 years. The supporting under bed materials shall be graded pebbles/crushed gravel etc. : The Basement should be of 1.5 meters square with 0.75 cm depth RR Masonry and the 0.20 cm. RCC with 1:1.5:3
OD223579/2024-2025:Design, Supply and installation based on site conditions and as directed by the Engineer in charge and commissioning of 1 No of Chlorine Dosing System with all necessary accessories.
