Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, incld. finishing the surface even & rough to receive tiling etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Joint free Non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 6 to 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kajaria/ Somany/ Johnson as approved by GE.

M&L for Joint free glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) digital series of size 300X450X7 mm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kajaria/ Somany/ Johnson as approved by GE.

S&F stainless steel sink with drainage board, for kitchen or laboratory, made of stainless steel 1 mm thick, with plugs, washers and waste pipe, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, over all size 915 mm x 460 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nirali/ Jayna/ Bluestar as approved by GE.

S&F stainless steel plate rack of size 760mm X 600mm X 200mm of approved pattern made out of stainless steel sheet 0.50 mm thick suitale for stacking 15 Nos Plates with round 8mm dia rods complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nirali/ Jayna/ Bluestar as approved by GE.

M&L in replacement 18-20 mm thick (telephone black shade) granite stone, as in cooking plateform, slab oval shape WHB counter, Sink & similar work, machine cut, mirror polished best quality as per sample, including & over 15 mm thick screeding in CM1:4 including providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, full round moulding with such as in steps, cooking plateform and other similar situations, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, ceiling ,sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5 -2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the conc surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15-20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand ofover the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10-15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & smooth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without extra cement on stone wall surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new/old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats wall care putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- OBD shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of new/old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved quality & tint, over & including one coat of chalk white, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out from position framed woodwork as in cupboards/cabinets etc with all fittings ,shutters, shelves, drawers etc in any position fixed in walls or floors & removal of the rubbish outside MD land all as directed at site for overall sizes exc 0.50 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm & depth not exc 60cm, complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet UPVC coated Pre-laminated (one side decorative & other side balancing lamination sheet) density 600 kg/m3, frame of width 150mm & 18mm thickness made out of extruded 18mm PVC sheet and joined with suitable Cement Solvent adhesive and screw.The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 75mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 3 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos. for horizontal member etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Rajshri / Sintex as approved by GE.

M&L for 18 mm thick solid PVC sheet UPVC Coated Pre-laminated (one side decorative & other side balancing lamination sheet) density 600 kg/m3, in one of two different colours( with wood grain printed pattern /ivory colour finish) as in kitchen cabinet shutters ,all round body of cabinets , shelves ,drawers etc cut to required size jointed with solvent cement & steel screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Rajshri / Sintex as approved by GE.

Extra over solid PVC sheet for fixing 18 mm width & 2-3 mm thick Pre-laminated (one side decorative & other side balancing lamination sheet) density 600 kg/m3 PVC coloured lipping of approved design & colour fixed with solvent cement or headless nails, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Rajshri / Sintex as approved by GE.

S&F '0' degree clip type self closing hinges for cabinets fixed with cadimum coated screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Hettich/Hafele as approved by GE.

S&F 100mm size bright finished chromium plated steel handle of approved shape & design fixed with cadmium coated screws on the kitchen cabint shutters, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Hettich/Hafele as approved by GE.

S&F magnetic catches for cabinets of size 50 mm complete with striking plate & magnetic stud, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Hettich/Hafele as approved by GE.

S&F drawer runners folding type with guide channels & sliding channel with approipiate ball bearing/ rollers etc complete to obtain smooth movement of the drawers. Make : Hettich/Hafele as approved by GE.

M&L for stainless steel tray as per trade pattern of various sizes for drawer to keep the kitchen utensil as directed by Engineer-in-charge Make : Hettich/Hafele as approved by GE.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes each not exc 0.50 cum) getting out, returning and filling in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 by (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel sections like angle, flat etc in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc;flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling,bolting or riviting etc confirming to Fe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel confirming Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in door or gates of angle With gusset plate, rail braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (inclding of steel, sheeting or other covering ) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

"Supply only" chain link MS Galvanised PVC coated fencing of 4mm dia wired and 50 x 50mm mesh size (pitch of wire) or 3.15mm dia wire and 75 x 75mm mesh size (pitch of wire) or type, colour size & shape approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- BOO will be consituted to determine the weight of chainlink fencing.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10cm long and dia 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

"Fixing only" chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of the new surfaces of steel & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer over 10cm width or girth, color match with chainlink color, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
