Taking down wooden window/ventilators chowkat or frame not exc 1.5 sqm but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for window grills/guard bars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-. Charge.

M&L Powder coated aluminium sliding window with three track frame & shutters, aluminium section including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as, suitable roller and handle with Star lock, (2 no.) gasket, Aluminium wire cloth 0.36mm dia of fabric wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm incl necessary channel frame work and 5mm thick float glass including fixing arrangement and clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE : (ii) Rates include all glazing/aluminium wire cloth, rubber packing, joining, cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap beading, locking arrangements, etc (iii).comprising frames of (Jindal aluminium section or equivalent as specified) No:20831three track top & sides, 20832 three track bottom, 20736 top and bottom shutter, 20738 inter lock (both sides of wire mesh shutter and one sides of glazed shutter), incl "C" channel and "L" angle, roller bearing, rubber beading, consealed lock.

S & F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm in CM 1:6 & top layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacess incl finished even and smooth with using water proofing coumpound all as specified.( Note:- water proofing coumpound shall be measured and paid seprerately )

Supply only water proofing coumpound

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall by application of 2-3mm thick wall care putty and making the surface even & smooth including rubbing by sand paper as requried and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by roller finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats cement based paint over coat of primer complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red prime
