Dismantling, stone slab, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base as in floor complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and laying machine pressed / factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block, 60mm thick with 6 mm thick top layers of anti abrasive material of M-35 grade with any colour, design & pattern, & size/ shape, as approved by GE as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including M&L 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine / factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade,at or near ground level, cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L chequered cement concrete tiles(laquer coated) 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/ path etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight in 2 mtr interval, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 250X450X6-7mm / 300X450X6-7 mm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including M&L 15mm thick backing coat in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 6 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10.00 here-in-above, but size of tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm .

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE), as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles, over & including M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick in floor laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of stone slabs of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15.00 here-in-above, but as in skirting with 10 mm thick backing coat in cement motar CM 1:4.

M&L for 20 to 22 mm thick (telephone black shade) granite stone, as in WHB counter top, machine cut, (table rubbed and polished) best quality as per sample, including & over 20 mm thick screeding in CM1:3 including rounding & double mouldlng with jointless finish of the edges, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete as removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster, padding,cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in roof padding over roof for making good depression / undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and screeding / bedding layer of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over the RCC roof slab for laying of water proofing treatment including providing the following as roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed : - (a) FIRST COURSE: Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency that of APP with a density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/litre at 25 degree celsius on prepared plastered surfaces. (b) SECOND COURSE: Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) THIRD COURSE : Provide a layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3.00mm having weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm, mineral gravel finish on top, using torch application method with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap complete . (d) FOURTH COURSE : Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS- 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (e) FIFTH COURSE : 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding, including WPC as per manufacturer instruction. NOTE :- 1. A Information Tablet will be put up in the front side wall of the buildings where this work will be done. All building/structure shall be provided with plaque (tablet) furnishing the information as per PS clause, in plaster engraving in and painted as directed by GE 2.WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down cement any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete and M&L for Treating the plastered surface/padding surface with applying two coats of epoxy / water proofing adhesive coating complete all as manufacturer specification and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conc surfaces as in ceilings/chajja/facia & finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
