M&L for 30 mm thick, precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies, (measured solid) including all mouldings and precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, pillars/supports to jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including taking down old Jallies all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete tyep B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams: plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 to 16 mm thick black granite stone slab (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform ,steps, jambs, pillars, window cills 10 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) as set with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture and pigment to match with the shade of granite.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using any extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement as primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks, size of brick 230x115x75mm, laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc. 1.5sq.m but not exc. 4sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, 16 Sqmm, 4 core cable, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 32x6mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete.
