Taking down and refixing exhaust fans 450 mm sweep AC, 240 volts, metal body in same location after cleaning, greasing and painting paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust, etc and connecting up including provision of flexible wire from celling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down and refixing celling fans 1200mm sweep AC, 240 volts, metal body in same location after cleaning, greasing and painting paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust, etc and connecting up including provision of flexible wire from celling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning 30W LED security light fitting with system output of 3000 lumens & with dedicated street light optics, System efficacy of greater than 100lm/W luminaire should have pressure die cast aluminium LM6 housing. Luminaire should have dedicated street light optics for better uniformity & spacing. Luminaire should have air vents in housing for proper thermal management. Min IP preventation should be IP65. System power consumption including 10.00 KV surge protector (including driver losser) should not exceed 20W fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F security light bracket made out of GI pipe 25mm light grade ISI marked 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape as required for LED fittings at site including M S Clamp 2 Nos made out of flat iron 50 X 5mm with necessary nuts bolts and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe(light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to Earthing test point/ main board. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade ) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. FI clamp 25x3mm with nuts bolts and washer etc.including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI earthing wire of same size upto 7.5m shall deemed to be included into quoted rate

Excavation in trenches (manual means) not exceeding 1.5 m wide in depth and getting out soft/loose soil for laying of cables etc complete all as directed by engineer in charge

M&L filling dry and clean sand in trenches for cable-8 cm deep below and 15 cm above for cushioning to underground cables including spreading, levelling, and consolidation all as specified. (consolidated sand thickness only to be measured).

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and lay connect test XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.

S&F GI Pipe light grade 40 mm bore for road crossing/ on pole/ on wall for protection of Cable laid in trenches, fixed to wall/pole including MS clamps etc., fixed in repairs as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F boring of 80 mm road crossing/ drain with DWT type horizontal boring incl casing and other necessary arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F tube GI 20mm bore medium grade, with all fitting laid in trenches fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F tube GI 25mm bore medium grade, with all fitting laid in trenches fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixing 20mm conforming to IS-778 grade 1, fixed in repairs.
