Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving in any position below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles, joint free,coloured (light colour as approved), of size 300mm x 600mm x 7mm / 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, Light shade coloured (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded in any mortar complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished, in floor set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in skirting / DADO or vertical surfaces and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path etc. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty complete all specified and directed.

40 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) jallies set and jointed in CM 1:4 including necessary scafolding & reinforcement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off Shutter) complete all as specified and as directed.

The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made 35 mm thick,2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc for doors, size of members as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of MES Schedule Part-I Section-8, and fitted to chowkats, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made 30 mm thick,2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc for doors, size of members as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of MES Schedule Part-I Section-8, and fitted to chowkats, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 16mm Solid PVC board plain colour, fixed with screws or adhesive with complete accessaries as in shutters with rebates including shelves fixed on PVC soild patten complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in charge. Make : Rajshree, Echon or equallent as approved by GE

30 mm thick Factory made glass fiber reinforced plastics panelled door (FRP) shutter of colour as approved by GE made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steel primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate panels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames and two handles on both sides, 2 Tower Bolts & 3 Hinges to each panel complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No. 41.00 above but wood grainprinted PVC sheet instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter 30 mm thick, laminated door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to sedy the frame complete all as specified.

Taking down old u/s Aluminium Window/door sliding section n.exe 2.5 Sqm removing from Sliding track incl with all glass /wire mesh fitting complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge

Powder coated aluminium anodised frame and shutter for doors, windows and partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle, stoppage, locking arrangements etc complete with powder coating of approved colour minimum thickness 50 micron complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium Partition of standard section 63.5 x 38.1 x 1.31 mm wall thickness including 5mm thick glass sheet panes, necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Aluminium anodised grill (Grill No. 20) of make 'DECO GRILL' or equivalent approved make as approved by GE in writing including making opening for handle & fittings, fixed with and including aluminium (anodised) channel section 38mm x 12mm x 1.30mm or F Section complete all as specified and directed.

Solar control film 25 micron reflective type pasted to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel Framed work (rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A") as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
