To perform term contract services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with amendment 1 to 122 and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule including all supplementary rates items mentioned in tender at Sl Page No 118 to 119 during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.
