Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) of Water Treatment Plant (Rapid Sand Filter) including cost of Construction of all civil works, hoisting and erection of steel works, installation of mechnical equipments/Electrical equipment/accessories and machinery, laying of interconnecting CI/GI/MSERW pipes with required valves with cham,bers and scouring arrangement from all units with disposal arrangement to appropriate place i.e. nearby Nallah/Khad/Natural drainage and all other works contigent there to capable of taking inputs and giving outputs as per CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. As per design parameters specification and condition, the treatment plant includes construction of inlet chamber, pre setling tank, units for chemical handling and feeding for coagulation and flocculation with mechanical scrapper and V notch, approach channel, alum solution tanks with filter media as per specifications alum dozer, lime solution tanks, mixing channel with mechanical mixture, flocculator etc. settling tanks,sedimentation tank , tube setteler, rapid sand filter, back wash unit with pumping arrangement, chlorination units for disinfection and plant building comprising office, based on manual on water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministery of Urban Development Govt. of India New Delhi (latest edition with upto date ammendment). All the structures shall be interconnected by 1.20 mtr. wide path with railings . Proper walkways shall be made in the boundry limit of plant area. This further included combinations of various treatment unit based on flow dia gram as per above manual for consideration of alternative proposals or any other low cost treatment methods based on existing plants working under similar conditions with performance certificates. The structures to be designed and constructed in RCC with M30 design mix as per latest relevant IS codes based on measured SBC(at contractor own cost). The treatment plant shall be run & maintained for 90 days after its commissioning and contrator/firm shall deploy trained staff as per CPHEEO manual/departmental norms to train department staff for 90 days.
Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) of Pump Houses including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, including cost of site development required as per site condition,internal and external solar powered Street lighting, external landscaping, dewatering including Providing and fixing 3-5 tonne gantry alongwith chain pulley, MS rails electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Ref data sheet No. 2 & 3 for further details.). The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department.
Storage tanks:-Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC under ground/partial under ground all structures as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix but not less than 1:1½:3 in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 3 sets (with proper binding/album drawing folder) of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development, measuring SBC,water proof food grade APEX paint (inner/outer side), all connectivity to other structure with all relevant accessories valves, desposed off extra muck, cleaning all site,free for all debris (including protection work if required) complete in all respect as per the Engineer-In -Charge.

Distribution system:-
Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work for pipes up to all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with-in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer Incharge.
Laying, , jointing , testing & commissioning at site in trenches following butt welded GMS pipes of following dia of Heavy/Medium Grade as under confirming to BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in randum lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer-Incharge (Earth work shall be measured & paid for seperately).

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of following dia. (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to MSERW/GI pipes after every 90 metres or as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect i/c all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve of following dia. of leader/Kirlosker/Bir/Kartar make as per IS 780 class PN-1.00 and capable of with standing the normal seat pressure as per IS 780 and as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge upto all lead and lifts.
