Note:-Excavation and earth work included under the job shall be carried out by mechanical means and this note is inserted as per instructions on impletations of SSR Part-II (2020).

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.02 above but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning / filling for underground cable protection, filling under floors ,consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stone Slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 CM wide and thickness not less than 80 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective LTUG cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor from trenches, shifting serviceable cable 2 core 16 sqmm for relaying or taking the unserviceable cable as credit etc complete all as specified and directed under respective items :- Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per itme No-08 above but 3.5 core 240 Sqmm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with standed aluminium conductor 2 core 16 sqmm laid in trenches/ duct/ pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per itme No-10 above but 3.5 core 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying 80 mm bore steel water tubing light grade, galvanized in trenches or fixed on walls/roof complete including fittings etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Exacavation and earth work where required shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items of BOQ.

Supply & Laying 50 mm bore steel water tubing light grade, galvanized in trenches or fixed on walls/roof complete including fittings etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Exacavation and earth work where required shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items of BOQ.

M&L for horizontal boring of road corssing of size 100mm dia by sing trenchless technology with use of machinery equipment complete without damaging the surface at suitable depth for drawing cables/ pipe lines etc.

Dismantling and taking out the stay assembly complete incl demolition of plain cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assemble complete with accessories as shown in electricla plate No 1 incl GI adustable stay Rod of 16mm Dia, incl stay clamps, loop type insulator excavation in any strata with PCC 1:3:6 & Concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of dammaged PCC Pole of size 9 mtr long disposal all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for prestressed concrete pole 9 mtr long 102 mm x152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom class 10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a dpeth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not lss than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and wahsers of galvanised iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR- 2009 (Part-1). Note:-(a) Rate included the following provisions:- (i) All Excavation & Earthwork,PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in Earth pit. (ii) Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in cover with 8 mm TMT bars both ways (Total 06 Nos bars) (iii) GI Strip and light grade GI pipe 40 mm bore upto length 7.5 mtr. (iv) Funnel,wire mess,charcoal and salt.

S&F in repairs GI Strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground/ laid in floor/ fixed to wll on saddles/ on porcelain insulators etc as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles etc filling and mess concrete complete all as specified. Note : Volume of PCC poles shall be deducted for the purpose of measurement.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles and padestal of PCC poles etc filling and mess concrete complete all as specified. Note : Volume of PCC poles shall be deducted for the purpose of measurement.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type change over panel board with enclosure 14/16 SWG ,outdoor type double door with canopy MS angle frame 40 X 40 X 5 MM (450 MM height) and Al busbars TPN, 250 Amps,415 V,50 Hz with control wiring complete as following :- (i) ON load Changeover switch 250 Amps, 4 Pole, -01 Nos (ii) Indicating lamp LED light 22.5 MM ,R-ON,D-ON - 02 Nos.
