PART-1 OUTSOURCING SERVICES Outsourcing of services for Manning, upkeep and operation to DSC & DESIDOC Pump House Installations and DG set for fire fighting installed at DESIDOC pump house in THREE SHIFTS of 8 hours each per day to be operated in the three shift per day (0600hrs to 1400 hrs Ist Shift, 1400hrs to 2200 hrs 2nd Shift, 2200hrs hrs to 0600 hrs 3rd Shift) from Monday to sunday including holidays by providing and deployment of one skilled mechnic cum operator per shift per day complete all as specified and as directed. The Installation mainly comprises the following :-

DSC Pump House Installation :- (a) 02 Nos pumping sets of capacity 30 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete. (b) 02 Nos pumping sets of capacity 75 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete. (c) 01 No Kirloskar Jockey Pump having discharge 200 GPM at 30 Mtr head including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc. (d) Electrical Control Panels including all controls. DESIDOC Pump House Installation :- (a) 02 Nos pumping sets of capacity 30 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete. (b) 02 Nos pumping sets of capacity 75 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete. (c) 01 No Kirloskar Jockey Pump having discharge 200 GPM at 30 Mtr head including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc. (d) Electric Control Panels including control. (e) Diesel Generating set 250 KVA.

Outsourcing of services for Manning, upkeep and operation to SAG Fire Fighting installation to be operated in one shift per day (0900hrs to 1700hrs hrs) and five days in a week (Monday to Friday, except holidays as declared by Lab) by deploying one skilled Operator cum Mechanic per shift per day complete all as specified and as directed. The Installation mainly comprises the following :- SAG FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATION :- (a) 01 No. pumping sets of capacity 75 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete. (b) 01 No. jockey pumping sets of capacity 15 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete. (c) 01 No. Deisel driven pumping set of capacity 75 HP including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc. (d) Electrical Control Panel including all controls.

Outsourcing of services for Manning, upkeep and operation to North gate Pump House and DG Set 30 KVA Installation in THREE SHIFTS of 8 hours each per day to be operated in the three shift per day (0600hrs to 1400 hrs Ist Shift, 1400hrs to 2200 hrs 2nd Shift, 2200hrs to 0600 hrs 3rd Shift) from Monday to sunday including holidays by providing and deployment of one skilled mechnic cum operator per shift per day complete all as specified and as directed. The Installation mainly comprises the following :- NORTH GATE Pump House Installation:- (a) 02 Nos Pump & Motors squirrel cage including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc complete maintaining water supply system. (b) Electric control panels including controls. (c) DG Set 30 KVA.

Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following:- (i) Operator cum mechanic (skilled) shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.

(vi) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) Cleaning of complete installation greasing, tightening of nuts , bolts will be carried out by the operator employed by the contractor. (x) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (xi) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xii) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor.

(xiii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiv) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of equipments for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-Charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xvi) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvii) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.

PART-II: REPAIR/MAINT WORK Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 5.00 above but in hard/dense soil/cutting of road/hard standing/breaking of PCC etc.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm to achieve desired compactness as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 1.5Km and not exc 5 km depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5Km above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-1(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smoooth without using extra cement as in floor, coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including all fittings in old position in trenches/ wall/ floor of sizes 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Welded flanges will be measured and paid seperately.)

Supplying, laying jointing testing in repair MS pipe,of dia 100 mm Heavy duty class 'C' confirming to IS - 1239, laid in trenches or laying on floors for connections to centrifugal pump sets for suction, pump to header and to connected out-going water mains, all as specified. (Note : Welded flanges will be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply and fixing welded to flanges on ends for MS pipe of dia 80 mm, flange not less than 15mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.
