M & L for TMT bars of 8mm dia in stirrup,spacers and binder cut to length, bent to shape required, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M & L for stone boulder pitching, hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6.

Exvating in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft and loose soil.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, beded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:4.

M & L for providing cement concrete in copings using Type B-0 1:2:4 with 12.5mm graded aggregate.

M & L for cement concrete (nominal mix) in foundations, filling and mass concrete with Type B-2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded aggregate.

M & L for raking out joints and pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed with cement mortar 1:2 including raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing.

S & F of 600mm x 600mm x 20mm thick granite stone (of any type) table rubbed, fixed over 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) and polished, grooving letters of any numbers and any symbols finished with golden colourb all complete.
