Clearing and Grubbing Road Land (By Mechanical Means) Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Marking out the centre line of the bridge & various other component structure & complete lining out and levelling with the theodolites, levels including constructing necessary masonry reference pillars for lines and levels and establishing necessary bench marks etc. complete as directed including the cost of all materials & labour charges etc. complete.

Diversion of water course, providing Earthen bund with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Carrying out load test on any pile as per standard procedure laid down in the IS:2911 specification including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after test and cleaning the site and maintaining complete records of load settlement as directed by Engineer and as per specification, and submission of records. a. Performing Integrity Test (low strain) on vertical pile. The item shall include chipping of weak concrete at the top of pile, leveling, bending of reinforcing bars, preparation of pile head including testing with pile driving analyser or approved equivalent. To be carried out at least 15 days after concreting of piles. A specialist approved Agency shall be employed by the Contractor for the test. The test shall be carried out as per relevant ASTM code.The item is including complete testing with approved apparatus, analysis of results and conclusions including submission of test reports in three hard copies with soft copy in CD. 1200mm dia Pile

Providing and casting in situ controlled cement concrete M-35 for RCC bored pile from 1.2 m. dia. using Tremie Pipe including necessary flushing, dewatering, formwork, mixing in mechanised batch mix plant, transporting, compacting,and finishing including all leads & lifts complete as per detailed specifications. (Excluding Reinforcement)

Chipping and dressing of the RCC piles upto cut-off level (Min. 1 D) including cleaning of reinforcement and removal of dismantled materials, etc. for providing pile caps as directed by Engineer and as per specification. for 1200 mm dia. pile.

Providing and installing 6 mm MS liner for bored-cast-in-situ concrete piles including applying protective coating as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Construction of sub-base using lime-flyash admixture with granular soil, free from organic matter/deleterious material or clayey silts and low plasticity clays having PI between 5 and 20 and liquid limit less than 25 and commercial dry lime, slaked at site or pre-slaked with CaO content not less than 50 per cent, flyash to conform to gradation as per Clause 4.3 of IRC:SP:20, lime+flyash content ranging between 10 to 30 per cent, the minimum un-confined compressive strength and CBR value after 28-days curing and 4-days soaking to be 0.75 MPa and 25 per cent respectively, all as specified in IRC:88 including a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Cluase 409.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
