Formation of Internal CC roads

Forming embankment with borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P , complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision)

RBR-FNDN-1: B i: Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil by mechanical means up to 3 mts depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH.

RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

RBR-FNDN-4 I(i) : Providing P.C.C grade M 10 concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for foundation and under flooring bed.

RBR-CCPV-5-Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg per cum or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

RBR-EECD-15: Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from roadway cutting with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

Vaccum dewatering of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length,vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmosphere as per the standard procedure,floating with power floater,vibrating using Screed vibrator, mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners,including hire and operational charges of machinery ,labour,fuel etc,complete for finished item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Groove Cutting of 2-4 mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC pavement including labour charges etc,complete for finished item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Carting of surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 5kms from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

RBR-FNDN-1 - In ordinary soils by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water pipe lines including diversion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Line trenches by mechanical means,For 600mm Dia

BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16) : Filling with gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310) ,For 600mm Dia

(APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Lowering the RCC NP3 S/S pipes carefully into the trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water lead upto 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/1985, For 600mm Dia
