REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MECHANICAL LAUNDRY PLANT, DG SETS AND SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER INCLUDING CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE IMA DEHRADUN

M&L for periodical servicing/maintenance of industrial Tumble dryer-T5675 of Electrolux- including taking down carefully all deffective parts, for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of plant,re-assembling & testing on load , as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Fixing of the new part(s)shall be deemed to be included on rates quoted by the contractor for above item and new parts shall be measured and paid separately as under supply only against respective items of 'BOQ'. (ii) Repair/replacement of deffective parts shall be done witin 72 Hrs after intimatied by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Once servicing of plant carried out by contractor will be responsible for entire contract preriod for replacing any other deffective part which falls under supply only catagory. (iv) Required T&P for lifting/shifting of plant is contractors own arrangement without any additional payment. (v) The contractor shall maintain records of all kinds of maintenance to be carried out.

M&L for taking down defective electric motor from industrial Tumble dryer-T5675 of Electrolux make- after unscrewing nuts bolts of , 3 phase, 415/440 volts, 50 C/s, AC, of any make , shifting the same to workshop, strip opening after unscrewing nut bolts screws etc. taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufactures design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper ,leathered paper, PVC insulated copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size up to terminal connection box , varnishing, drying up and re-assembling refixing and reinstallation at site complete and testing on load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Required T&P and transportation shall be contractors responsibility. Repair/ replacement of shall be done within a period as intimated by the Engr-in-Charge falling which necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor.
