Excavation in trench not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out for taking out and laying of pipe line in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50M and deposite where directed at a level n. exc 1.5M above the starting point in any of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking up cast iron pipes of size 100 mm bore (CI) / DI /GI water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 4 above but of size 150 mm bore.

All as per ser item No 4 above but of size 300 mm bore.

Supply and laying DI pipe (ISI Marked) of size 100 mm bore centrifugally cast of class K-7 with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints including rubber ring complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 5 above but of size 150 mm bore.

All as per ser item No 5 above but of size 300 mm bore.

Material and labour for fixing DI specials of size upto 150 mm bore such as bends(any type, radius and angle),tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 6 above but of size above 150 mm bore.

Supply and Fixing for DI sluice valve of size 80 mm bore PN-1.6 incl new rubber gasket, nuts and bolts, stainless steel spindle etc including dismantling of existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 7 above but of size 150 mm bore.

Material and labour for repairing the leakage of size 80 mm bore of lead joints for CI/DI pipe incl bailing out the line water after burning out the existing lead from joints and using extra lead and spun yarn as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate of excavation and earth work returning filling and removal shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.

Note: Cost of cutting/leaving/forming chases, holes etc through walls, floor, plinth protection, roof etc as required and making good the surface to match as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rate by the tenderer.

Dismantling of stone massonary valve chamber of internal size 1050 x 1200 x 1000mm and pattern and at any position and construction of valve chamber with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 PCC block massonary built in cement mortar (1:6) with plastering of 15mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 internally and externally above and below ground level with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl frame made of angles iron of size 50x50x6mm matches with the internal size of the valve chamber and chamber cover made of MS sheet of 3.0mm thickness including MS hinge and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for clamp made of MS flat of size 50x6 mm with nuts & bolts for connection from existing 50-200 mm bore CI/GI pipe line by providing 15 to 50mm bore socket complete incl welding, nuts bolts, rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for PVC float valve,(ISI Marked) high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F in repair for PVC float valve,(ISI Marked) high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying of pipe under road crossing by trenchless technology by auguring or mechnical means.in any type any size as connected item as Sch A in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road cutting and repairing the same with road patch material width upto 75 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Road repair work shall be completed the same day of work execution in all aspect, failing which a panelty of Rs 100 per meter for per hour of delay will be imposed and deducted from contractor.
