SCHEDULE `A' PART-V MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note for following items- The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F MCB single pole & neutral (SP&N), 16 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, 10KA, ‘C’ series, with all incoming/outgoing connections with proper size lugs complete all as specified

S&F MCB single pole (SP) 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10KA, ‘B’ series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size lugs complete all as specified

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified

S&F Wall mounted fan 400 mm sweep with blade, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing LT panel board of suitable shape and size for 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 Volts AC supply,outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with using 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame and legs duly finished with using powder coated paint of approved colour all over steel surfaces complete with including PCC work for fixing panel legs, front and back door locking arrangement and aluminium busbar of suitable shape and size for 3 phase and nuetral not less than 200 Amps rating with and including the following switchgear & controls :- (a) Incoming:- (i) MCCB 100 amps 4 pole having breaking capacity of Icu=25 KA with adjustable load setting (Make:- Schinder/ABB/L & T ) - 01 Nos (ii) Multifunction Meter 3 phase, 415 Volts, Accuracy Class 1.0, Flush mounting 96 x 96 mm complete including CTs- 01 Nos (Make:- Schinder/AE/L & T ) (iii) Indicating lamp (LED type) - 0 1 Set of three (Make:- Schinder /L & T / AE) (b) Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN, 415 Volts, 16-32 Amps - 05 Nos (Make L& T/Seimens/Schneider)
