SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE : Supply, delivery & installation of 8500 watt peak total capacity solar photovaltaic carry along with 3.00 HP/4.00 HP AC surface pump (designated to use with solar power) of Kirloskar/Texmo approved brand which output not less than 45,000 to 60,000 ltr./day at 30-60 mtr. head for 3.00 HP/4.00 HP & for 5 HP 50,000 to 60,000 ltr./day including supply of all necessary materials of approved quality, labour etc. with all allied works as per approved design & direction of the competent authority of PHE. System must be provided with above pumps with cable wire 3 core 2.5 sq. mm control panel & protection with rain preventing box & manual tracking system for solar photovoltaic panel, motor of the pump set should be outer dia not more than 4", outlet dia 50 mm (AC submersible pump & controller should carry a warranty of 1 year directly from the manufacturer), necessary chemical earthing.

For installation of solar photovoltaic array panels on the Hot dip Galvanized structure as per standard & approved drawing which will be grouted through atleast 6 ft. above the ground with provision of manual tracking by construction of foundation concrete. The solar panels will then be connected to the pump controller which in turn will be connected to the pump as well as the level indicator of the water tank as per direction of the competent authority of PHE.

Pumps inlet & outlet will be connected to the existing water storage tank along with all allied works as per approved drawing & direction of competent authority of PHE

Necessary interconnecting pipes for pumps, all works as per drawing & direction of the competent authority of PHE

Provision for grid back up and changeover

Insurance against theft and damage for five years

Ancillary Repairs (for repairing of distribution channels, provision for household connection, internal wiring and external illumination)

Miscellaneous works (Any minor repair works as directed by competent authority of Division)
