Erection of the following support including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging pits complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing. All types of clamps nuts & bolts,stone pad, washer would be provided by contractor.

Erection/fixing for stay set with stay wire and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and brick ballast and sand before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule all clamps, nuts & bolts, cement, brick, concrete etc would be provided by contractor.

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, sand & coarse aggregate in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from Double pole upto the gentry at 220KV substation / 33KV substation including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from Airforce gate to railway crossing on existing rail pole and ST pole including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Fabrication and fixing of guarding angle on Single/double poles, Stringing and sagging of three nos. Earth/GI wire with cardle guarding of above 33 KV line as per RESSPO Norms including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks. Shifting of existing line conductor of 11 KV/LT line to maintain proper clearance in between both lines (all required material will be provided by the contractor except guarding angle and earth/GI wire).

Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete the job.

Fixing of danger board, number plate on each location and G.I barbed wire including proper clamping and providing anti climbing device by using including supply of the above items.

Laying of single circuit 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m including fixing of cable route marker with difference of 50 mtr. at time of cable laying with complete engraved details of 33 KV Line and depth of 33 KV cable. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Fabrication, erection and grouting of the Bus Isolator structures as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing and its, plinth 45cm above ground leval as directed by the Engineer Incharge (All steel sections will be provided by Deptt).

Mounting and installation, including Mechnical & electrical fixing and adjusting of new 33 KV Bus Isolaor on their respective structures including proper adjustment

Making of M.S. Angle Ladder type frame of Angle (65x65x6mm) & M.S. Strip (50x6mm) near power transformer for power cable with concreting of the same in the ground and proper clamping (50x6mm) of the same with transformer cable.

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.
